It appears to have the same stuff and is marketed the same in the layout of the store, with the one exception that this store is all on one floor versus being on two floors in Hong Kong. Great clothes that are structured, timeless, a great price point and with the exception of anything made from merino wool (I dont buy merino wool, because I dont like how it can snag), all of the fabrics from COS have washed really well and retained their shape with little worry. I am a COS fan!

We walked past…read moreas we are generally not interested in mass produced clothing, but when we saw the shirts with camo pattern bears riding bikes, we were hooked! The appropriately termed B.O.B or Bears On Bikes got us looking and eventually buying shirts for everybody in the family. Truthfully, it had been a long time since I had been in a store like this. It reminded me of a sort of step down from a J. Crew. Straight up, most of my stuff is purchased online or at a non-mall type shop, so it was actually a bit out of my zone. Nonetheless, we walked out of there with 5 matching shirt that we ended up wearing on the plane a few days later. Bear on bike has worked itself into my rotation, and ultimately we were happy to have ended up at the spot. If you walk by it, it is probably worth going into!

So naturally, I'd have to give this store 5 stars since, it has a giant Totoro in the front along with the live size cat bus in the back! I can't believe I didn't know there was a whole Times Square mall until yesterday, when I was on a search for the Totoro store. I've always gone into Lane Crawford and the restaurants upstairs, but I just never knew what was between the two... Now I do, crazy it took me years to realize this. Anywhos, the only thing I'd like to see more of are Totoro goods. I feel bad saying this because they already have quite a bit, more than any other Japanese store, but I can't help but want to see EVERYTHING TOTORO since I've such a fangirl. Haha. Btw - the bath towels are ultraaaaaa soft. I can't say the same for the hand towels :( Just because there are so many designs and patterns on them in such a small clothe, but the bath towels are pretty legit - soft as a baby's butt. ;P

I'm not one that tends to cop merch when certain things drop, but as a favor to others I still made my way down here to check out the place. The store layout is excellent. With two stories, blissfully cold AC, and a plethora of memorabilia, it's an easy destination for retail therapy. Much of the gear is currently world cup oriented and the friendly workers were able to let me know that seasonal items come and go quickly in the store and that most folks will be on top of the online orders. As expected, much of the gear is top of the line pricing. Premium gear and selection comes at a cost, especially in one of the most shopping heavy parts of the city. The football (#1) jerseys are anywhere from $300 to $600HKD and the upstairs streetwear + women's gear is looking close to $1K for a proper outfit. Shoe selection is not extensive and customization is available. __________ (#1) Which also has several more stores in the surrounding malls. (#2) Ahem, "soccer" for my US friends.

The store layout is easy to explore starting with the food and beverage section upfront. Next, there is women's fashion and men's fashion, followed by beauty and home supplies. The area is well maintained and clutter-free despite volumes of visitors on the daily. The styles are very Japan-esque and the clothes are very comfy and quality. The stationary section is super well stocked and prices are very reasonable too. I always look forward to visiting this store to stock up on supplies and to find new items to take home. Over the next few months, I emerged from the store shopping bag in hand more often than I didn't, When Bershka was replaced by something else about a year ago, I'm not going to lie... I was a little crushed. But ever since I realized that there's a bigger Bershka over at Olympian City in Tai Kok Tsui, I've more than gotten over it. The Bershka here is less crowded than it used to be at Times Square, presumably because of its more offbeat location in Olympic. There's always a section filled with great sales, and it's not like other stores where with things on sale, only the L's and XL's are left - they usually have what I like in my size. And best of all, the changing rooms are great! There are more than five cubicles and they're all pretty spacious. There's hardly a need to line up for the changing rooms, compared to the old one at Times Square - I think I had to queue up every time there! The style at Bershka is pretty diverse - you can find full-on animal print stuff, or you can opt for a basic, solid color tee. They've got super casual tanks and shorts, but if you're attending something more formal like a prize ceremony or a fancy dinner, you'll be able to find something here too. While Bershka is catered to the younger audience, my mother has been able walk out with a couple of buys, so it goes to show that there's something for everyone here! Best of all, Bershka is pretty affordable. Tops on sale aren't usually more than $100, and most of their jeans are on sale right now for just $139! The quality is not bad too. So what are you waiting for? Come on down to Bershka before they put most of those sale items away and bring out the fall items - you won't walk out empty-handed!
