I've been coming here for over a year now as I signed up for the laser hair removal for the…read moreunderarms and brazilian. Tiffany was my technician. You can either sign up for each individual laser session or buy a package, which is of course much cheaper. Depending on the area, it is a set amount of laser sessions with 1 year of touch-ups after.
IT IS NOT "PAINLESS" as they would claim. I think it's very unrealistic to expect painless laser, and if it is painless, that probably means you have very little to no hair, or they are using a very low and ineffective level of power (which means you would have to come back more)
Positives:
* Looks clean, simple, individual private rooms.
* It works, as long as you manage to deal with the pain
* Tiffany was professional and quick.
* They called and texted to remind you of your appointments.
* Location is convenient
Negatives:
* They were a bit budget with the cooling machine, which manages pain. For the first year they had an old, ineffective machine that did not feel cold or reduce my laser pain, it just seemed to blow air. I had to request an ice pack every time. They finally got a new cooling machine but I was really annoyed that they took so long to update it.
Overall, I suppose would recommend, though I haven't had laser anywhere else to compare. Have not tried the waxing services.
