You will not receive the rug you purchased. We purchased a 3' x 5' rug from Punto and Metin Taki Kuy.Guzellik. The rug we received was a used/returned rug which was one-third the size of the one we purchased. The company has been in business a long time, but they cheated us out of thousands of dollars. We attempted to contact them several times and they never responded. If you choose to purchase a rug from Punto or Metin Taki Kuy.Guzellik, take the rug with you. Do not trust them to send what you purchased. They will cheat you and you will lose your money.
