Overall we had a comfortable stay at this boutique hotel in Bodrum. The best part about it (and something we didn't find out til a day or so before our check-in, not sure how we missed this important fact when booking) is that this is an adult only hotel, absolutely no children allowed.
We booked a deluxe room which is set up as a mini apartment with a bedroom and a living area in two separate spaces, plus the bathroom and a large balcony. The bedroom was small but it was a good size for the two of us. There's a mini bar, complimentary instant coffee and tea, as well as one complimentary large bottle of water. The bathroom had the usual toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) and the shower was good.
The breakfast was nice, they have different egg options like hard boiled, fried, omelet, scrambled, plus other egg dishes that are at extra cost. They offered a few bread options including simit, as well as pastries, fruits, yogurt, veggies, jams, olives. The coffee is filtered and depending on the day (and who was making it) it was a bit weak, but they also have espresso based coffee options if you'd prefer that.
There are two pools, one by the breakfast area and the other one by their main restaurant (Dante). The pool chairs are first come first serve but we never encountered an issue where we couldn't find a shaded chair to sit on. Having the option of jumping in the pool after walking around in the Bodrum heat was a major plus. Be ware that the pools essentially are closed for swimming during breakfast hours and during the dinner service. There's also a very small gym with minimal equipment but we made the best out of it pretty much daily.
There's a taxi station right across the street from the hotel and the city center where all the shops are is a 12-15 min walk from the hotel. You'll find restaurants all along the main road and the promenade and depending on where on the promenade you're going you'd probably be walking no more than 20 minutes. read more
