They have a bar downstairs where you can rehydrate, and also a skating waitress who will take your orders when your out in the field competing. Later on you can have a dinner in the restaurant, where you either go the buffé way or the a la carte way. The buffe food is not bad, but if you like quality before quantity i would go for the a la carte option. I like the concept that you dont just go out for a dinner, but ppl will be disappointed when they realize that "it can only be one winner". I had no idea that it would have 3 different floor! And so many people. Clearly people, like me, were awaiting this place to finally open. On the ground floor and first floor you have bar and restaurant with a lot of seating possibilities and an area where you can play shuffle board and billiard. Downstairs is where the good stuff is. I am talking about the absolute best gaming area in Vällingby area. I have been living 2 years in Vällinby and now I found a place to finally hang out. There you have 12 bowling alleys. 12!!! Billiard tables, pinball (I mean, they have a game of thrones pinball!), shuffleboards and much more. Including a bar.

The staff was uninterested in the customers and we felt overlooked. I asked for a doggie bag which they first couldn't get me and then decided they could but it took FIFTEEN MINUTES! To get a plastic container! I asked for a bag but after an additional 10 minutes of waiting we gave up and left. They are over more than one floor, and you can access the other floor through the Mall of Scandanavia, in which it is located in, in a town called Solna, in the outskirts of Stockholm. I approached the bar area - there was a table stating they were cashless - which is a growing theme in Stockholm. After waiting for a few minutes shouting "hello" "hello" no one seemed to be there - I know they were serving people downstairs as they had tables and a bar area and of course a stand typically places would have before sitting someone down - Nevermind bad service this is no service. The place also seemed to lack authenticity, I get during the international break for football there isn't much on but instead of showing a real game or a classic game from the past they ended up showing a game which was two weeks old as if it was real - surely anything other even a sports news channel would be better than and old, unremarkable game from the end of August? Really bad service for what I'm finding out is a chain which lacks the authenticity they claim to have. 1*

The place isn't super huge, but size doesn't always matter ;) Plus, it's right in the city near Sankt Eriksplan's T-banna station. The only problem I had was a little trouble with finding a ball that had big enough finger holes. Anything that was light enough for me was sized for children's hands! And, no... I do not have fat hands if that's what your thinking!!! Other than that and some smelly guy who was seriously sweating and stinking up the next lane, I have no complaints. Good clean fun!

But service left more to wish of. The restaurant was far from full and three servers on duty. Service was soooooooooo slooooooow. We got our first drinks rather quick, but still much slower than at most places. Food we had to wait for. The party at the table next to us got food before us even if they ordered later. Before we ordered we showed our discount tickets "Yes, of course" we got as respond. So it was clear she saw them and knew what it was. During dinner we ordered another beer and it must have raken almost 15 minutes and a reminder "It is on its way" before we finally got it, after meal was finished. The bill came super quick but now we got an attitude when pointing out discount was not calculated. "No, because noone showed us any tickets" was the reply. "Yes we did". "No you didn't". "Did anybodyelse serve on us?". "I have no idea, we are so many working here". To this I eish I had replied "Maybe then it wouldnt tske 25 min to get the refill". Note, it was the same girl serving on us the entire time. Note, all tables around us had to wait for refills. At places with good service, servers ASK YOU if you want another drink before you know it yourself. But here, they obviously do not care for some extra bucks. Wanted a spontaneous night out, and even though it was freezing and snowing, this spot was still…read moreopen until midnight! Went with a group of friends and played for about two hours. It's super close to the subway, which made it easy to get there and back to where we were staying. Bowling here was definitely fun! the music was lit, and I loved that you can just go pick your shoes without waiting for anyone to help, which was really convenient. There are plenty of restrooms (some were a bit dirty), and overall the bowling alley was a vibe. Lots of space and lanes, and the upper deck has tons of seating. Prices were fair. I didn't interact much with customer service, but from what I saw, it seemed decent.
