Not familiar with bakeries in Germany but it looks like this is part of the Backerei Discount SB-Cafe chain.

This is a outlet in a chain and when I was there at 6:30am for a coffee and sandwich, they were being provisioned by a big truck, no different than Starbucks (just better and cheaper). Located in an easily accessible strip mall with ample parking and visibility from the street. All the local construction workers were popping in for a sandwich & coffee to go. I could see they were taking advantage of the great parking with their heavy equipment vehicles

Our only complaint was that we couldn't get a waiter's attention to ask for our check as they were sitting down having a drink, I guess since it was the end of the night.
