However, this review is in regards to using the space for private events. Our son held his wedding reception here recently, and it was perfect. Vicky, from Blockers Coffeehouse (shares the building) was beyond accommodating and excellent for helping to arrange set up. GHDH provided tables, chairs, linens and sound equipment for music (we did a Spotify playlist). As this was a small and casual event (under 50 people) it was the perfect size room. The eclectic and funky decor (think vintage burlesque and swing photos, motor oil and street signs, etc) were perfect for what our son and DIL were looking for. The extremely reasonable fee gave us the entire building, which included two bathrooms (not wheelchair accessible, but ok for a walker). The Coffeehouse stayed open for us, in case anyone wanted a hot beverage. GHDH does not provide catering; however, we made use of local places, which delivered to the building (thanks Mission BBQ of Whitehall) *highly, highly recommend Blondies, two storefronts up, for the MOST delicious cupcakes.* So, if you are having an event; know you need to provide your own beverages/catering, and bring your own music. Other than that, this is a wonderful, wonderful space to hold your party, shower, reception, fundraiser, etc, etc. I could not be more pleased with how things worked for us, or how lovely everyone involved with GHDH was to deal with.

When they opened the location in Bethlehem in 2019 we switched. The studio is gorgeous! Clean and bright. Professionally sprung marley dance floors to prevent injury. You can tell because there is a ramp to get into the dance rooms. They have 5 dance rooms, boys and girls locker rooms, bathrooms are very clean, a kitchen area where kids can eat between classes, do homework, or just hang out, very large waiting room complete with several tvs to watch the classes going on. They are very reasonably priced and offer a huge variety of dance styles from 18months to adult. Tots in tutus and ties, fundamentals, jumps/leaps, stretch, ballet, pointe, jazz, contemporary, tap, hip-hop, modern, musical theater, acro (certified), urban fusion and Afro fusion. The teachers are wonderful! Everyone is treated like family. It is such an inviting place to be! CDA has instilled not only a love of dance for our daughter, but also built up her confidence and gets her involved in many community events through their dance company.
