We ordered the schnitzel (absolutely delightful - still thinking about it months later!) and yummy sausages and a side of spaetzle. Drank a few very thirst quenching German beers. The wait staff was great -- attentive but not overbearing-- and while it's unlikely we'll be in Frankfurt again, we would definitely visit Klosterhof again if possible.

They're trying to stick to the monastery beer vibe but it doesn't hit the mark in that regard. The old place was cozy and old and felt authentic, this place is new, loud and generic. My companions ordered sautéed sole and wiener schnitzel. We also ordered sides of spinach, roasted potatoes, and spätzle (noodles). Everything was excellent, especially the schnitzel and roasted potatoes. We were too stuffed for dessert and were glad to have a bit of a walk back to our hotel. Highly recommend if you are visiting Frankfurt.
