My personal experience with this law firm n the lead attorney assigned to my workmans compensation…read morecase (Ryan) was abousltly terrible I made the biggest mistake of my life when I agreed to allow the law firm n lead attorney Ryan to represent me over all lack of communication from Ryan n his team was terrible when would get a response to my request to talk to Ryan or anyone else from pond Lehocky the response was addressed to John I don't know who John is my name was n still is jim within a hour of my free consultation Ryan called me I explained exactly how I was injured during the free consultation n explained to Ryan exactly how I was injured Ryan immediately referred me to a doctor (neurologist) my third visit to the doctor the doctor told me he's going to start treatment for spinal injurys I did receive treatment for spinal injurys until the doctor Ryan referred me to realized he didn't request any testing (X-ray MRI) to know what specific spinal injurys I do or don't have lack of communication between Ryan n the doctor Ryan referred me to allowed treatment for spinal injurys to go on for five months prior to this I was notified of a phone deposition the notification included I will receive a phone call from Ryan 30 minutes before the deposition starts to review the details of how I was injured Ryan went on to tell me the date n location of my work related injurys then proceed to review his knowledge of exactly how I was injured which included tree limbs fall hitting me in the back of my head n neck causing me to fall to the ground Ryan asked me if that was accurate I said know it's not accurate Ryan asked what part was not accurate I responded the only part that was accurate was the date n location as i explained to Ryan the first time I talked to him after free consultation I was injured by a slip n fall a coworker saw me fall I never ever mentioned anything about tree limbs falling n hitting me I don't know how or why Ryan came up with the inaccurate information about tree limbs hitting me the phone deposition was 10 to 15 away from starting which allowed me 10 to 15 to bring Ryan up to date from the day I was injured July 22 2024 till the scheduled date of the phone deposition December 2024 right before the deposition started Ryan told me to make sure a work the words tree limbs into the deposition I asked Ryan do you want me to say tree limbs hitting caused me injuries if you do I refuse to lie under oath Ryan responded no just mention the words tree limbs I was very confused this was the first time I've ever been involved in a workman's compensation case I did mention the words tree limbs during the deposition not only did Ryan have inaccurate information how I was injured Ryan also at some point told the attorney from the insurance company I was injured by tree limbs during the deposition the attorney from the insurance company asked me if my testimony that day was I was not struck by tree limbs causeme injuries I responded I yes I never told anyone anything about tree limbs causing my injuries those are just a few examples or the poor legal representation by Ryan after ,18 months of being in my opinion misrepresented my case was closed I was not giving my rights to a hearing with a judge with testimony in stead my case was closed leaving me injured n responsible for thousands of dollars of unpaid medical bills if anyone is considered hiring them to represent you in a workman's compensation case DO NOt hire them Communication my former attorney Ryan being familiar with my case
