(also proves how much you get ripped off at other places), the staff were friendly and warmly welcomed us, their kitchen is 'open plan' so they arent hiding anything. I ordered a chicken supreme pizza, when i opened the box i was a bit shocked, there was no topping! I nearly took it back but as i was really hungry i ate it anyway, then i discovered that they put the 'toppings' underneath the cheese,(never seen that done before). The pizza was fantastic! The food is excellent and the chips are real, not this frozen rubbish you get else where, the fish is allays delicious and the food is always priced reasonably. Staff are friendly and polite, and the premises are clean and well looked after, only downside is that the outside eating area is next to the busy junction for the central roundabout but apart from that this place is a great place to stop and get something to eat

The fish did have skin on but that's okay with me as that's what I grew up with, never has skin on in Scotland where i now live! A bit pricey but you get what you pay for, I would definitely recommend Salts to bring your family to and I would come here again on my next visit to Skegness.

Situated pretty much next to the train station it is also in a very convenient position to grab a quick snack just before or just after getting on a train and much cheaper than the shop inside the train station! The only downside i have ever seen to this branch of KFC is that the doors are too close to the till and at times with queues this makes it difficult to get in and out of the restaurant.

I have never had food poisoning or a bad meal from here and I would definitely recommend for anyone to eat here if they like their chicken. It is a very friendly atmosphere, convenient for the train/bus station and Skegness itself.
