This was confirmed to me twice. The sales assistant was very pushy and her 'hard sale' technique really put me off at first. However I returned the next day having been sold on the discount and I purchased the shoes. The sales assistant knew that I am from London and that I would have no chance of refunding or exchanging the goods. My taxi was waiting outside and I was rushing to the airport which was very obvious, I sadly trusted the store to charge me the correct amount taking into account the discount but they charged me full price of £670 for a pair of shoes that I believed were £335. I only discovered in London when I converted the exchange rate that I was tricked and she had charged me the full price. I called immediately and complained, wanting to resolve the situation. The same assistant answered the phone arguing that she never told me about the discount (I was there with a friend and both of us understood exactly the same). The assistant told me that there is nothing she can do and hung up. Don't go there, it is very far from a luxury boutique.
