It was clear from…read morethe start that this was more than just a service, he was genuinely cared for, safe, loved, and comfortable in a true home setting. She went above and beyond with updates, photos, and messages that gave me so much peace of mind while I was out of the country for almost two weeks. Vanessa came to my house to check in on my extremely shy and very skittish cat, who refuses to leave the house under any circumstances. Anyone who has met my cat knows she does not trust easily, but Vanessa was patient, calm, and respectful of her space. She still managed to connect enough to make sure she was fed, cared for, and feeling secure. The regular updates were beyond appreciated, I loved knowing she was in such thoughtful hands. Both of them consistently sent me updates, which I truly valued, especially being out of the country for nearly two weeks. Traveling is stressful enough, and having sitters I completely trusted made all the difference. If you need boarding or in-home sitting for pets with big personalities, or tiny terrified ones, you're in the best hands with Suzie and Vanessa. Thank you both for the love, attention, and reassurance. I will absolutely be booking again!

When you have your first meet and greet, you have the privilege of meeting the owner and the petsitter at your residence. We take quite a few trips, and now Pet Care of SC have it down pat on what to do during hot/cold days, normal days, giving them pet meds, walks, and they even take care of your mail, trash days, take in your packages, etc! Your home and pets are taken care of while you are gone, now that's great service! I met the sitters that come to our home. They are kind, responsible and they enjoy our pets. You can book service for your pets through an app, or online. If you have any questions about it, Suzie is always happy to accommodate and help you with that too. The Pet Care Club of Santa Clarita has great rates! At the end of the trip, I like to give the sitters a tip for their time and gas. It's just a suggestion, not a requirement. I highly recommend this company! Suzie is warm, and her team is fantastic! Thumbs way up! Great job, PCCOSC!!!

My dog loves going three times a week - he pulls the leash when we are walking up from the parking lot. That's a great sign! Amanda is also a great groomer! She did the best job for my dog, which I know isn't easy for a curly-haired Goldendoodle. I feel comfortable bringing my fur baby here and I would highly recommend!

I felt really confident bringing my pup here and everyone was super friendly. Unfortunately she came home and four days later she's coughing and sadly brought home doggy covid and bordetella. I understand that these are highly contagious and something that could happen at any kennel, but I'm just really disappointed in the situation. Also my dog is a dachshund and being a long-bodied dog, she has a very sensitive back. Both times I saw the employees hold her, they were not holding her properly (using both hands to support her back) even after I mentioned to please hold her properly. Made me a bit worried on how she was being held while I wasn't there. Again Im sure her getting sick was just terrible timing but me being a new-ish dog mom and wanting the best, I just had a soured experience overall.

The staff is helpful and polite, on the contrary to what others write. We would gladly continue to leave our pups here and appreciate all that the staff does for our loved family members. I should have trusted my gut (and some prior reviews here) and went elsewhere. After a two-night…read morestay, my golden retriever puppy came home covered in urine and clearly received no exercise as the manager felt compelled to show me how he ripped up towels and even the doggy door. My 11-month puppy (like all dogs when exercised) is fantastic and never does these behaviors. When I take him to the boarding place up the street (which unfortunately was full due to Mother's Day weekend), there are never any issues and he always comes home exhausted from great exercise (I know because I have an exercise tracker on him - which this place would not allow). I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone who genuinely cares about their pet unless whoever the older woman was who was incredibly rude no longer works here. Ever since we met her, she complained - even when we arrived 20 min early (as a new customer) to see the place. Sure, I get your COVID Appt schedule to keep people apart (even though no one else was there the entire time we were there) as well as your feeding schedules - but all you had to do was be polite. Instead, we didn't feel like customers of a location that cared about customer service or even doing a good job with pets - but instead like second class citizens who were causing a ruckus by patronizing their establishment. Your few staff looked overworked, under appreciated and one of them had bandages all over her hands and arms by being attacked by a dog (according to the staff member). My wife, who loves our dog but genuinely doesn't spend much time with him was worried when we left him due to how we were treated at drop off and the conditions of the facility. I told her that he should be okay - after all, they're across from the Cesar Milan facility. Boy was I wrong. Something is up with this place. It's no Country Club. More like K-9 (and parent) Hell.

We take our rescue puppy, Zero, to the puppy socialization classes on Tuesdays and Saturdays. He started out hiding under our chairs and after 3 weeks is starting to play with the other puppies! We're so happy with his socialization progress, especially because he has no other outlet yet while he's only partially vaccinated (puppies require 2 of 3 vaccine rounds). We're also so glad to have the trainers' help when assessing his play, Zero is our first puppy so we don't yet understand what his behavior means; Seth and Beth are incredibly helpful in interpreting what our pup is feeling! The trainers, led by Seth and Beth, give excellent lessons in obedience; they've really helped me see how "tricks" like sitting or touching are the foundation for good behavior later on like being home alone or recall. They also take time at the end of each class to make individualized recommendations, which has helped a ton with our puppy's biting. With lots of at-home practice, our puppy has learned a lot of really great behaviors; now that he's playing with other pups, he's starting to get distracted in class, but we're so thankful to have the trainers' help in redirecting him! The puppy classes are a mix of training and play with alternating 10-15 min sessions of each, which allows socialization and prevents the pups from getting bored of training. The trainers here really balance training and socialization well (which we never could have done on our own), they know just when to let our puppy play and when to give him boundaries. If you're thinking of taking your puppy here, all I can say is "DO IT!"
