FSW ticks all three boxes and are predictably cheaper than department stores. Admittedly the styles aren't all in season, but to be honest, the range of shoes is so large that is doesn't matter which season it is, they will have something that suits. There are both mens' and womens' and kids' shoes, not alienating any particular group, but focus is no on sports shoes, in case you are after a sneaker. So if you need shoes for work, casual shoes or something for a special occasion, try here. FSW has brands like Hush Puppy, Sandler, Birkenstock, Windsor Smith, Florsheim, Merrell, Diana Ferrari and many, many more. My favourite part of the shop check out what bargains can be found at the back of the warehouse, where the clearance shelves are. It is still fairly well organised and not a messy mountain of shoes like in other places. I love how they are grouped by sizes, so I can go and browse everything on sale in a size 10-11 and maybe find something I wouldn't ordinarily look twice at. Entered a hangar full of shoes with just less than half being dedicated to men. I'm after a thick soled boat lug shoe like timberlands classic 3 eye. This is not the case, I don't know exactly who San Sebastien is maybe he would like to think that he designed the clothes he sells, I really don't know. Anyway By San Sebastien is a trendy clothing shop with an excellent location as it sits among the busy cafes and restaurants in Coogie, so it does not have much competition but a great deal of traffic. The clothes are stylish but expensive, mainly well known brands such as G star, Bauhaus, Le Specs, Bauhaus, Lee, just to name a few. I do like the clothes, but I don't think I'll be shopping there unless they have a sale, I already own too many clothes. They do have some really funky pendant chains at the counter though, they are worth checking out.

The Street Uni can help kids with their homework, offer counselling services and also dance and music facilities to help kids channel their creativity into something positive. Now the store sells shoes that are all made in Australia, most of which are sneakers in both hi and low cut options. Prices are generally between $140 - $250 for them too, which is pretty damn good considering they're made in Australia. Gideon shoes also have a small clothing section, that includes ethical knit wear from label 'first born' and a small but intersting musical collection. Go on and check 'em out.

This shoe-shop is more ethical than Giselle Bundchen could ever dream to be, with all profits going to the Noffs Foundation's Street University for marginalised kids in Western Sydney. I would kill for the pink "Cane Toad Cull" high-tops and sadly, at around $500 a pair I would probably have to. Obviously sweat-shops are what keeps prices down so please note, I am not complaining about the prices I'm just sad that I can't afford them! The shoes are colourful, leather or fur and made with tender loving care. No one has the range and the sizes that Squire has. It is fantastic to find a shoe shop that has a good selection for a small foot, especially sizes 39 and 40. (Which is 6 and 6 1/2). The shop itself is very comfortable and the sales assistant (owner) has a really lovely manner when talking shoes. Shoes are obviously his passion. We spent a good hour in this shop laughing and enjoying good conversation while I tried several pairs of shoes. Yes bought two pairs!
