Absolutely everything is delicious and no trip to the Blue Mountains is complete without a Glenbrook bakery drive-by. (Ask my friends, it drives them nuts.) If you're in the mood for lunch-related items, go the quiche. There are a few delish varieties to choose from and you can buy smaller ones for one belly ($3.50 each) or to share ($15). There are plenty of loaves of fresh bread to take away for a picnic too. If you're after a sweetener, I'd highly recommend the gingerbread men (they've got the texture perfect - the best crunch/chew ratio I've ever tasted!). There are also huge wedges of caramel slice (they could be shared between about three or four people), packets of cookies, coconut slice and chocolate brownies. It's a cute little shop with a few tables and chairs outside, or if you're visiting on a weekend, take your treats with you as your browse the markets across the road. Perfection.
