Cynthia was the stylist who cut and styled the wig exactly (I will add and much better than) as the original wig that I had asked her to replicate. Cynthia is a master at her craft and I could not be more pleased at the product of her professional cut and style of this wig. Cynthia is also a very friendly person and made me feel fantastic as I left the salon in my new wig. I will be back to see Cynthia regularly and would recommend her to anyone.

After not being offered any help by the "shop assistant" I made my to the wig area in the back of the store to assist myself. Because I knew what I wanted and what I was looking for, I found a wig quickly and proceeded to try it on (with the wig cap that I already had on my head). As soon as I put it on the "shop assistant started screaming at the top of her lungs about how I " needed a wig cap and couldn't touch the the $44 wig without permission..." I and the rest of the customers in the store could only look at her like she was crazy because... she had to be out of her mind. I still needed a wig so, even with all of her obnoxiousness and rudeness, I politely questioned her about other wigs in the store. She was completely unhelpful, short, and frankly aggressive. I gave her the wig back and left. I'm not spending money where I don't feel welcomed. If they didn't want to make money they should have let me know when I walked in.
