After getting in and turning the bed on I could tell the bulbs were weak. I even bought their tanning excellerator lotion. After ten mins I got out and asked the attendant to let me do the 4 mins I had left as I could tell they were crappy bulbs..she rudely said she couldn't do that. After this terrible experience I am a very disappointed and unhappy customer. Take your business elsewhere. If I was in the strongest bed I cant imagine how weak the other beds bulbs are. Worst place ever. Unfortunately they wouldnt take my mastercard so I paid cash otherwise I would ask my credit card company to refund the charge. Regretful customer. Never again.

I went in originally to continue IPL (permanent hair removal) because lets face it, I've completely succombed to societal norms for women and now prefer to keep my legs, etc on the smoother side. The thing is, I'm lazy as shit when it comes to shaving and too much of a puss for waxing so IPL was my best solution. In addition to IPL, they offer so many other services, one of which I've taken advantage of - EYEBROWS! I've been looking for a 'threading' location in Amsterdam for a year and a half. When discussing the IPL, the woman across from me had the most gorgeous eyebrows I had to ask her 1) where she threaded them 2) Where could I go to get brows that awesome. Conveniently, her response was to just point to herself! She doesn't thread but I am a converted plucker now - she does a brilliant job. In closing, Zonnestudio is a Gem in Amsterdam's myriad of beauty options. The staff at Zonnestudio were willing to negotiate a deal as I wanted multiple areas addressed and agreed to pay for 4 sessions all at once - Awesome. Additionally, the lovely lady performing the 'hair demolition' as I like to call it is great!! So chatty while being professional and she makes you feel very comfortable in even the most awakward of positions... Go check them out, especially if you are going through threading withdraw!
