Why consider Boston-area Kajko, Weisman & Colasanti and attorney Noah B. Goodman for family law…read morematters? The answer is why not? There are those life moments that require not just the best legal firepower, but the best human being to help you get to the other side. Noah's candor, smarts, intuition and sharp legal intellect will raise your legal game (no matter divorce, probate issue or estate planning needs) to help you feel confident you have the best chance possible to reach your desired outcome. I personally appreciated Noah and his firm's (Kajko, Weisman & Colasanti) personal touch in helping me navigate and separate tricky legal waters from the murky personal. The private details of my business were ironed out with courtesy, respect and professionalism. They: · Set realistic expectations for a most desired outcome · Intimate understanding of the Suffolk Probate and Family Court · 100 percent responsive to time-sensitive questions · Team (Kajko, Weisman & Colasanti) support that made me feel like I had a team working on my behalf and not just Noah Goodman · Reasonable rates and a sensitivity to my budget · Noah just "gets it" - that undefinable something that only comes with experience! Here is a pro-bono tip from me about lawyers from me. You want a lawyer like Noah (Kajko, Weisman & Colasanti) that you can trust to push (yes, "PUSH") you gently in the right legal direction to help you line up your legal ducks to quickly (and affordably) deliver the best legal outcome possible. Emphasis on "TRUST". Attorney Noah Goodman, and his firm (Kajko, Weisman & Colasanti), were not only game changers for me legally but on a personal level delivered HUMAN advice to defuse the inherent tensions of a murky and complicated personal (legal) matter.

She was absolutely fantastic, walking me through all of the complexities of the purchase. I have used her three times since then for real estate transactions, and she has never left me feeling confused or looked down on. She held my hands through panic (most memorably, the bats we found in my home a week before close and were told we could not legally evict for months!). Cynthia and her support team at the firm have always felt completely in my corner, responsive to my needs and questions, and respectful of me as a client. I would absolutely use them again.

He came to our house and patiently went through each of the documents and answered our questions. Michael is also local Bedford guy and has strong, life long ties to the town and the community. If you are in Bedford or a surrounding town and in need of a good attorney, I highly recommend him.

Attorney Jim (James Brown) was a great asset and worked diligently with my family on both issues. They couldn't be nicer and was always accommodating throughout all of my family dealing's. The first case was very involved with situations dealing with all of my family members that required a lot of work, time and patience. This was one of the toughest times of my life and Jim was very thorough and his dealings with my extended family/personalities that had to be done. I couldn't ask for more. I just called him today to help me with a new situation and I have learned that Jim is no longer working at Brown & Brown. He was a "one of a kind" attorney and I will miss him. Now I'm thinking that his partner's are over burdened with trying to sort out Jim's active cases and reassigning his open cases. Wherever he is now working that firm just hit the jackpot! I'm going to miss him very much..

Not only did his office (and he, personally) take care of my legal needs in a safe, professional manner, but he had insight into my own personal requirements. I really appreciated his "plain and simple" approach. We met with him first to understand just what our situation required, then that small cost for the initial consultation was applied to the larger bill - so really that first consultation is included in the services Joel Bernstein provided. I did shop around, read reviews and spent a bit of time finding out how much such estate planning requires - how much money, how much time and what to expect; Joel B. was right in the middle for expenses, but provided more consultation and was very responsive and made me feel understood and cared for. He was the ONLY lawyer with whom we met who caught some critical issues in my personal estate planning that had gone unnoticed by everyone else we consulted with. For comprehensive, professional estate planning with a smart, caring and wise attorney, go with Joel Bernstein in Lexington Massachusetts!

She blatantly told me Joel was not assisting anyone, new, any longer, due to the number of individuals calling him. When I asked her why he continues to advertise non-stop, her response was, "Because he wants to help people." There is a problem with this picture. His "helping", is hurting and disillusioning the vulnerable. I ask, why would he continue to "urge individuals, through his advertising, to contact him? To dishearten these individuals is cruel. Find someone else who, may be more caring, and certainly does not lead you into a "hole" of empty expectations. This is an example of why lawyers receive a "bad name'.
