This was not the case the meat was so tender that you could cut it with a fork. It was very easy to eat and the flavour was phenomenal. My wife doesn't really like to much on her burger so she just got the cheeseburger. She let me finish hers off after she got full. One of my biggest complaints about burgers in Europe is that they are all overcooked. That was not the case with this burger. I could see that it was pink in the middle and I knew this would be a good burger. I took a bite and was rewarded with a nice, tender, juicy, flavorful burger that can only be had when the burger is cooked a perfect medium rare. Overall, this was a very good meal and experience. The wait staff was very pleasant and attentive. The next I am in Dresden I will definitely eat here again.
