The food is good, and affordable, but Zizzi and parent company ASK have earned my complete and utter contempt. Damned if they will earn another penny from me. I wonder if I'm the only customer bothered by this recent promotion?
Shame too, I would have been back often.
Recent update: I was just contaced by the Operations Manager, Richard.. He expressed his great regret at our experience, and was suitably contrite. I will take him up on his offer of a complementary meal, and revisit my review pending our next visit...

It is 5 May, and we just received our complementary meal at Zizzi, Farnham. I don't think we'll be rushing back, but we feel as if they've done their best to make things right. The service still isn't quite stellar, but we've come around that if we're ever out and about, and come across a Zizzi, it is at least an option. I feel as if I've lost a bit of cred, upgrading what was my only 1-star rating to 2, but they deserve at least that. read more
