Because we had a solid agreement, I gave them permission to run a credit check to finalize everything, and the finance manager, Sandy, assured me they would make the deal work. The very next day, I received a text claiming they had tried to reach me (which they absolutely did not--no missed calls or voicemails) and that the vehicle we had literally just agreed upon had already been sold out from under me. It is completely unacceptable to ding a customer's credit score when you have no intention of honoring your word or holding the vehicle. Total lack of integrity and communication from Sheldon, Sandy, and the rest of the team. Save your credit history and your time, and take your business to a dealership that operates with basic honesty.

Tried to call them and no one would return my call. I've gone from a vehicle that had no issues other than a slight oil leak to a car that I can't drive 10 miles without errors saying to shut the engine off due to low oil pressure. Find somewhere else to take your car. This is the kind of service you expect from a sketchy garage not a dealership.
