He was out there the first snowy day the store opened and I needed to get the snow/dirt off my car and he scrubbed and blasted off all the ice and dirt the machine might not reach and his level of detail during unusual circumstances shows his level of care of commitment to the Zips franchise. Keep him stocked on hours because he absolutely deserves it! Also to the people saying bugs don't get taken off their car; For the best experience you really should do a personal thorough wash of your car before starting a subscription like Zips. This type of service is more of a 2x a week maintenance wash, not a miracle drive thru. You have to start off with a deep hand cleaning and a place like Zips will take the weekly grime off no problem if you come semi often. read more

Zips car wash on Woodbine road in Milton Florida is a waste of time and money . The pre pressure wash is crap. Never anything but water. They never use any soap like they used to. When they start the prewash they press the start button and only get about half the way around the vehicle before the conveyor starts running. The brushes seem like they only half way work correctly most of the time. The bottles for cleaning also seem to have water with no cleaning solution, most of time. I feel like a fool for paying monthly for this kind of service, and would cancel if I didn't have the option of using the wash in downtown Milton. read more

Too many times with too many vacuum hoses not working!!! Parking only to realize there isn't decent suction or the handle falls off the hose. Also some attendants do a great job of prewash but others rush through it not even looking for stuck on bugs or other matter. Today I used one before noticing there was no garbage can! Was sold a sticker by Manager a year ago.Last 2 times I tried to wash my car was harassed by employees because sticker wasn't on my windshield.I put it on my windshield when I go in which I was told was fine by the manager.Now they refused me my wash and told me I had to leave and not comeback.Was told new management has taken over.Never offered to put another sticker on car just told to tape it on.I did just that.These minimum wage turds have nothing to do but harass paying customers with there childish BS.I told them to Fu_k off and won't go back.Rude sorry group of loser's now work there no problem for 2 years now constant BS.So many car washes around here so they lose I'll go somewhere else.Don't recommend this place to anyone!Ronnies opening 2 blocks from them hope this place goes out of business! read more

I paid $18 for a mediocre car wash, vaccums that don't work, and trash everywhere on the ground. I won't ever return here. Total rip off.

Terrible management and customer service. My truck was damaged at this carwash and after having corporate run me in circles via email for two months they finally referred me to the local management. What a joke. Filled out all his forms and never heard back. He's a clown in person anyways. The worst car wash around!! Bugs all over the front of my car still there. Back hatch is filthy and behind the wheel well on the side of the car, is still dirty. Guy working there with a beard, who was supposedly in charge, denied a rewash. This is the second $25 wash that it came out like this. End result, I was Told to go f--- myself that corporate would not allow a rewash. Well then corporate, for $25 You need to fix your equipment to give us what we pay for. First, let me say I was very disappointed with Zips customer service and company values when I went to cancel my membership. I guess when it comes to the mass membership model, you don't really matter as an individual customer. Second, when you drive a lot, you end up with a bunch of bugs on the front of your vehicle... Any Car Wash that you pay to go through (Premium Membership) should be able to thoroughly wash your vehicle and leave it clean, but this is not the case at Zips Car Wash. The robotic equipment inside tends to always be broken or malfunctioning, and the pre-wash spray is a joke. read more

I use my vehicle for my business so I have the monthly subscription. I usually stop if I am passing a zips because I want to look professional when pulling up to a client's home. The young man at this one always comes out and sprays the pre-wash and scrubs my tires and rims. Highly recommend! read more

I visited another location a few hours before this location. From what I've observed, this location just opened, as I had to create the business here on Yelp. Very helpful guys. I came almost time for closing, but they didn't rush me, nor did they seem annoyed. That alone is top notch for me. And compared to the other branch off Davis Hwy. in North Pensacola, these guys know why they're doing. With little effort. You also get to use your receipt for a discounted price within a week. When we first started using ZIPS it was great. It has steady gone downhill. They spray at your car with a prewash. Never sprays tires and rims so if your car happens to get clean your wheels are still dirty. They never get the bugs off of the front either. We have a monthly contract but we go by a lot of times on Sunday after church at 7:00 and they have already closed even though their hours are suppose to be until 8. Never answers their phone when you need to talk to them about a problem. Very disappointed with them. read more

My fin antenna and part of my roof was damaged going through this car wash. I filed a damage claim with them, they took pictures and canceled my membership for me. After waiting a month for my claim to be processed, they denied it. The site manager stated "there is no video evidence of my car going through the wash." So even if your membership decal is scanned to open the gate and they have cameras on site, "they don't have video evidence of the damage happening." Don't expect them to be accountable or honest. If you call any auto body shop in Pace, they will share many horror stories of car damage and denied claims. You've been warned. read more

Half the robotic equipment that washes the cars were broken. Then every other vacuum didn't work properly. If that wasn't bad enough they discontinued paper towels, and are now letting people use disgusting/wet and previously used micro fiber towels. I miss the days when this was was Ronnie's. This is a very dishonest company! If you sign up for their monthly membership as soon as you pull through the gate they make you sign something stating that they can hit your credit card every month whether you use their service or not. These guys have great customer service! I have given up on the one in Milton but I drive to Pace weekly to clean my car! Great vacuums, and even though they are busy, they take their time with the bug prep on your car. Was caught off guard when I requested my usual $20 car wash - assuming I'd get a second wash that I use to clean my wife's car. Nothing printed and that's when I found out that they had been bought out and the new owner no longer offered a second wash. The guys working squirted a little soap on the front of my car and sent me through. The front of the car was still filthy and as pointed out no cleaning solution or towels. Very disappointed in this location. Car is never completely clean and still has soap on it each time I use. I have the monthly membership and several times have experienced a problem with it not reading the bar code. I went through the car wash almost 2 weeks ago and the next day I noticed a long, thin, completely straight scratch down the passenger side of my vehicle. I went straight to the car wash to report. The two young guys working saw the scratch. One of them took several pictures and also had me fill out an incident report. They stated that the manager would be in on Wednesday (February 27th) and would call me. I have not yet heard from anyone. I have called the location on three different occasions and I've never gotten an answer. read more

This place has really gone downhill since zips took it over. In the past couple of months, it has broken down a couple of times and there have been problems with the credit card machines. I come here often and I'm constantly treated as if I'm stupid and I don't know anything. They seem to be more interested in conversations between themselves and can cause serious damage to the vehicles when they aren't paying attention when directing people on to the path way. I have always gone to Ronnies and was always satisfied with the service. This is the first time I am disappointed my front bumper was completely dirty even after the $20 wash. The boys before always scrubbed the front bumper very well. Today they did not even touch the bumper. It seems as though they were in a hurry to go back inside their office. Absolute crap wash. Some of the soap dispensers didn't work, the car wax/shine (whatever) only sprayed one side of the car! I spent more time cleaning the areas that the wash missed than I would have if I had just washed it myself! Avoid this place at all costs.
