RUN! Hiring them to manage my Airbnb was a nightmare. They charged me $300 per booking for…read morecleaning--yet every time I checked the property, it was dirty. I asked multiple times for receipts or proof of professional cleaning, and their response? "You can trust us." The final straw came when I booked the Airbnb for myself and, a day before my arrival, they suddenly told me the apartment had "pests" and that I needed to pay $1,450 for extermination. I asked them multiple times what sort of pests, and they finally responded: bed bugs. I had to make alternative plans that night, but instead of blindly trusting them (again), I asked for access to my unit to bring my own licensed exterminator (they then took over FIVE hours to give me the keys) making me lose my original exterminator. When I finally had the keys and had another third-party exterminator come in--he confirmed there were no bed bugs at all. He explained that a long-standing leak under the faucet (which the management company did not tell me about) had attracted gnats in the kitchen. So either Guestable is grossly incompetent or actively trying to scam me. Neither is a great look. Save yourself the stress, money, and headache. Hire literally anyone else.
