Firstly - starting with the fact that they use Lilydale free-range chicken, a fact which is becoming more important to people every day, not only is it good on the conscience, it's great on the palette. The chicken is always cooked deliciously, and in fact I go there for their range of salads more so than the chicken itself. I can highly recommend the Chicken & Avocado Salad, which is laced with pesto, a few sundried tomatoes and walnuts - this is a killer salad. Great quality food, average sorta price, but you can experience pretty lengthy delays between ordering and having your number called. A favourite of mine and my (now former) work colleagues - if you're in the area and have a hankerin' for some good chicken - definitely check it out.
