Kamren assured me that their team handled SEO and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns successfully in-house. I was initially hesitant to sign a contract because of prior negative experiences with agencies that failed to perform and then charged cancellation fees. Kamren repeatedly assured me that if I wasn't satisfied, the company owners would have "no problem letting me out of the contract with no financial penalty." Although this was not in writing, he emphasized it multiple times. Timeline and Issues * August 2025: I signed up for services at $1,995/month, with the clear understanding that we would have weekly meetings to review PPC and SEO progress. * I was assigned Cassandra as my point of contact. She was polite but unable to answer specific questions regarding our PPC campaigns or SEO strategy. * Despite repeated discussions, the team focused on producing minor marketing materials (e.g., a trifold brochure) instead of implementing or reporting on the SEO and PPC campaigns that were the main reason I engaged Big Red Jelly. When I raised these concerns, Kamren told me that my goals could not be achieved at the current rate and insisted that I double my monthly payment to $3,995/month. He stated this would provide direct access to Spencer, the PPC specialist, and include weekly meetings and full SEO implementation. I reluctantly agreed to the increase based on those assurances. The first week showed minor improvement -- I met with Spencer once via Zoom and felt optimistic. However, the following weeks returned to the same pattern of missed meetings and vague updates. When I requested an SEO report, I was promised one by September 27. After more than five weeks with the company, I finally received a document that: * Contained outdated data (May-June) * Included irrelevant information about Big Red Jelly's own SEO, not DOA Pest Service * Lacked keyword research, ranking reports, or any measurable metrics By late September, our cost per lead had reached $486, far exceeding acceptable performance levels. Spencer repeatedly canceled meetings, and there was no progress on either SEO or PPC deliverables. Cancellation and Unauthorized Charge At that point, I informed Kamren that I wanted to cancel our agreement and move on. Shortly after, I received notice of an unauthorized $3,995 charge from Big Red Jelly labeled as an "offboarding fee." This charge directly contradicts the multiple verbal assurances from Kamren that I would be allowed to cancel at any time without penalty if unsatisfied. Summary Big Red Jelly misrepresented its services, failed to deliver on agreed-upon work, and charged an unauthorized fee upon cancellation. Their actions have cost my small business both time and money -- resources that are critical for a growing company.

THey will talk you in circles with jargon and quite simply, not one person or AI analysis has agreed that this company did right by my service fee of over $800 per month plus the click cost. This ultamately turned into a billing dispute, and honestly, these guys are the worst type of entity for young business to succeed. They never once lived up to the promises made, and ultimately tried to hide behind an ambiguous work agreement, that left me with thousands of dollars spent, not one instance of qualified traffic, and simply the worst experience of hoping for success when the reality was they did not set me up for success. They are gnerating income for themselves with the simpliest way to create traffic, not quality traffic, and they let PMAX campaigns direct my situation, that was not appropriate. These guys never made sure my trakcking was accurate or working, they satrated the campaign without tracking in place, and then blamed me when we have clear coresondence that they were not to begin trafic until my tracking was in place. They are a low lifes praying on people that dont know better, STAY AWAY this is BAD quality work, and they are liars.

Out the gate they worked very hard for us. Optimized our meta information and overall did a great job. The the communication was great. I was able to communicate directly with my team lead to make necessary changes and add ons. The last year and a half has been difficult. We have decided to go another direction due to changes in management and changes with our team leads. They asked us to change our website platform and gave us a discount to move our website. After a few meeting we decided to pull change from Wix to Wordpress. I worked with Hanna from Be Locally for about 6 months and the website was still not completed. There were an abundance of spelling errors and promised portions of the website were not completed. As of the day we cancelled none of the website issues were resolved. May of 2015 our office moved two miles away. Be Locally had a service fee of on or around $400 to do a change of address on the internet. There are about 50 misc websites that have to be update and the charges Be Locally was asking sounded ok. After three weeks they were able to change around 10 websites. It was about this time the communication dropped. A few of our employees reached out 7 times over a three week period requesting changes. Our calls were not returned and no notes were written in our account on messages left. Our website was never completed. After we decided to cancel no refunds were made or offered on the address change that was not completed. Be Locally also removed plugins in our website that were holding our meta data. It is questionable why it was done or what the intentions were. On a positive note the owner or manager of Be Locally reached out in response to a negative review that was left on google. The explanation of removed data was the apps were paid apps and because we were not paying for the apps the plugins were removed. The meta data was left on the back end of the website showing the plugins were free wordpress plugins. The response by the be locally representative versus the data shown on the website does not show the same conclusion. The attempt to contact me was only an attempt to change my review with no real attempts to make the situation better. All in all I feel like Be Locally provided us good work in the first year and a half. The management was a pleasure to work with. Our SEO score went up. They posted Blogs and posts on facebook / twitter as they promissed. After Be Locally got bigger we felt ignored and promises were not kept. The communication slowed down and it was no longer an asset to our company.

I took my car in on Thursday July 30 and told Fernando that I needed it back by Sunday August 2 because I was going to be leaving town for a couple weeks. He told me that they should be able to finish the car by then. Fernando calls on Saturday and tells me that the car won't be finished until Monday. I ask what time on Monday, and the he proceeds to tell me that it actually won't be done probably until Wednesday. So I told him that I'd pick the car up when I got back into town, 3 weeks later. Fernando doesn't communicate with me or send pictures of the car for over a week, then the second week of August, I called several times to check the status of the car. Most calls went to voice mail, he finally picks up and tells me that it still is not done (3 weeks after I dropped it off with him) AND that they broke the back trunk handle of the car. 3 days before I get back in town to pick up the car, he runs my credit card for over $2000 without telling me! (Illegal) I get back the 3rd week of August to pick up the car and it is the absolute worst wrap job I've ever seen. The original paint is bleeding through several places, there are air bubbles, there are several awful patch jobs. He didn't even bother to wrap the trunk trim or the hood trim. Fernando isn't even on location the day I picked up the car (probably because he's so embarrassed on the crap job he did). I I drive home and hear rattling in the engine, I open the hood to find an exact knife lodged under the hood. I paid Prosigns over $4k for this and it is awful! Avoid this place at all costs!
