On this date 9/22/26 on or about 2:45 pm, I visited the Culture Connection 360 health food store…read morelocated at 400 W 71ST ST Chicago, IL 60621 to purchase a bottle of Sour Sop Bitters. I asked the employee Kwame also known as " RASTA- K did they have any of the product in stock and he replied, " it's been discontinued." I then inquired about other products and the benefits. He responded by saying they're all the same. I requested that he explain the difference and was told to read it myself. He finally relocated to the the area showing the benefits. I wasn't pleased with his customer service. I politely declined purchasing the other brand and purchase a bottle of sea moss mixture just to support the black owned business. Another employee returned from lunch and Kwame told her that I was disrespecting their products. I paid for my item and exited the store pissed. I re-entered the store and requested him to apologize for his statement and he declined. He said, "If you were offended I'm not apologizing. I told him that I'm a consumer/customer and I will not patronize said establishment again. I've supported this business for years because I believe and appreciate black businesses in the Englewood community. I will not purchase a product due to employee trying to make a sale. Very dissapointed consumer. Jackson
