Peter would not correct an error in tax documentation, despite proof that it's in error.

We can't say enough good things about our attorney, Jonathan Warner. During one of the most…read morestressful and uncertain times in our lives, he guided my husband and me through the bankruptcy process with professionalism, patience, and genuine compassion. From the very beginning, everything was explained clearly (even with my million questions), and we never felt judged or overwhelmed. He was always responsive, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood each step before moving forward. What really stood out was how much he truly cared-not just about the case, but about helping us get a fresh start. Thanks to Jonathan's knowledge and dedication, the entire process went much more smoothly than we expected. If you are going through a difficult financial situation and need someone you can trust, we highly recommend Jonathan. We are incredibly grateful for his support and expertise.

Despite him ranting about things I've already gone through. I was born disabled but he doesn't have time to do a full consult for free he said on the phone despite him assuring me via email that he would. He's supposed to be the knowledgeable professional. I was supposed to have a free consult. I should add - I called 4 minutes after our appointment was supposed to start and he 'stepped out of the office' for him to call back about 17 minutes after the meeting was supposed to start while I sat with major anxiety. So if I had gone in person, he wouldn't have even been there. Then, he didn't even listen to my case!! Said something about me wanting a case from 10,000 feet high? No dude, I was born disabled and have been fighting this on my own since 2009 and was referred to this abysmal agency. If I could give ZERO stars I would. They should specify that they only want easy imminent physical disabilities, else they have no time or care. I have it all recorded if anyone wants to listen! and then to boot, he sent a reply email that was worse than his phone call. I have pictures of those too ... Saul has better energy than this guy.

Bumped from two stars to three for these reasons:…read more 1) The company took responsibility for a mistake that triggered a $200 fine from IRS, and refunded me for it. Thanks. 2) I was able to reach my accountant on the phone easily during the peak season, and he gave me a quick answer in a few hours - during the weekend. Still, my experience was less than satisfactory. (1) The return that the team prepared had two mistakes, which I spotted and saved myself 6,000$. This is the exact opposite of H&R Block Second Look - I was the second look! (2) There was an additional mistake that triggered a review by IRS, which costed me $200 (refunded by Dimov, as mentioned). You don't want to get reviewed by IRS. (3) Even if I started uploading my documents early, big stuff in February and March 3 (with some small updates for few hundred dollars coming later), the return was ready only on April 6, and the signature docs only on April 8. Add the weekend, and we got REALLY close to the deadline. They even suggested filing for an extension... due to their own delay. (4) My accountant was incorrect about the safe harbor and about AMT cost basis. It took multiple messages to clarify the issues, and one question was eventually escalated to his manager, who initially missed the point and gave me an unrelated answer. After multiple messages, where I quoted the tax law, we were at last in agreement. (5) The free Q4 2025 tax estimate took a month (from Nov 7 to Dec 4) after being bounced from one person to another. I ended up doing it myself and it was just double-checked by their team. (6) The team used this Q4 estimate in my return, instead of the actual values from the previous year, requiring me to scan the return line by line to find incorrect data. (7) Through the process, I received messages from 13 different people. Only one of them appears on LinkedIn or any Google search. Draw your own conclusion about this. (8) They offered me a tax-estimate package where they would help me estimate my quarterly payments. This was priced as 3 hours at 360$. Does it take 3 hours to scrape a few bank statements for data (AI is really good and fast) or 3 hours to run their software on these numbers? Come on, this is 2026. Really, not what I was expecting.

I rarely write 1-star reviews but strongly feel this is necessary…read more My husband and I met with Jennifer Deland to discuss estate planning, and the meeting it was extremely unproductive and frustrating. Jennifer requires a $400 non-refundable fee for a consultation fee unless you sign on with her within 30 days - this was our first mistake, but a good (costly) learning for us. First, we sat in a tiny, dingy room that barely fit three as she struggled to find usable space on a whiteboard that was stained with marker. Realizing she couldn't erase the board, she opted to use someone else's faded hen-scratches to "guide" our discussion. She jumped from topic to topic erratically, and our specific questions seemed to throw her off. She repeatedly referenced what other clients have done rather than provide guidance on what would best suit our needs, which is why we were there! We came prepared with a 1-page Asset Summary that she barely read through and asked where our "receipts" were. Why she needed proof of our assets is beyond me - this was supposed to be a consultation. She did, however, pull public records of our home in advance of the meeting. As it became apparent that she wanted us to "pick" an approach and sign on with her, we pushed back, citing that we were in no way prepared to select an approach given our minimal understanding of our options. She then leaned into us and rudely blurted out, "Well, what is your objective?" Stunned, we responded, "to create a plan". The conversation was maddening. After a few unsuccessful attempts to convince us to sign on with her, she said, "OK, let me make one last-ditch effort" (were we buying a used car?) She began typing frantically on her laptop, explaining that she needed to make thorough notes about our meeting and said we'd be receiving a letter with "curt language" in the mail, but we could still change our minds within 30 days. To wrap up, she asked if we had a "little check for her". Sorry, $400 is hardly little. We paid her, took our asset inventory and left.
