He dropped and did not put back insulation from a closet ceiling attic. He left open a fire place screen, changed a furnace filter that was his to replace while leaving the old filter and plastic wrappers on the floor, and left a faucet dripping in a bathroom. Not very tidy or respectful of his privilege to do work in a home. He also refused to supply a copy of his report to the owners of the home. Do not use this company for your gutters! We paid them over $2000.00 to repair and clean our gutters within the last 60 days. I was sleeping better at night thinking that we wouod not have water falling from the sides of our gutters and leaking into our basement. During this last heavy rain I discovered water shooting from a plugged downspout and flowing over the side of our house. I have sent pictures and left several messages on their voicemail (they never pick up) asking them to call me. I have not got a single response. Now i am going to have to call another company to do the job right! Say away from Fort Wayne Gutter Cleaning Service. they will rip you off!

If you're lost or your arrival time is going to be more than what I consider the standard of 20-30 minutes, that deserves a phone call to the customer to let them know. SO unprofessional. I cannot recommend this company.

We said hell no and when asked for a refund for the scoping since this wasn't our fault, he lied and threatened to charge us for the neighbors work and said we caused some of it. It was a break in a 90+ year old pipe which is at fault of no one. Said it's a small price we have to pay, never once did Maury apologize for the mistake, call us, explain anything or come to our door. We also are told that he had to have permission to cut a line and a permit. which he would not have gotten as our line would have been deemed in use. He was going to make us sit with human waste in our basement where my kids have rooms, for a week and turned his phone off when we called to see that we get moved up as NONE of this was our fault and we were left in the dark. His manger got us on the schedule a day earlier which is the only reason I'd give less than half a star if this website didn't make me. We have yet to hear from maury or anyone at the company with an apology or even one word. Never ever ever use this crooked man for your services! Here are some photos of what he left us with!
