Founded by film director/writer/producer John Ridley, NO has a strong connection to film. I had the pleasure of seeing a film screening here in May 2022! My barber made a short film! The screening room is incredible- with two tiers of comfy seats, more films, please! NO is stylish, and there's a full bar with affordable drink prices and friendly staff. This place has a very locally supportive mission, and I picked up some locally design NO swag for my niece's birthday. I can't wait for my next visit to NO, and definitely considering that membership option!

That was in March. Made polite contact again a few weeks later, said he'd get to it "soon". Politely made contact again a month after that, said I'd have my paperwork "tomorrow". Contacted him a month after that stating I wanted my report or a refund... Here we are a month later and... crickets. He's a thief plain and simple.

After the lame price gouging of Stanley Steamer, we thought we would try our luck with this small business. Mark, the owner, came by and delivered exactly what was promised. Seth D. and Andrew B. of Servpro were both very unprofessional in my opinion…read more Concerns were not only glossed over but (An)drew B. went to so far as to be confrontational and aggressive with us. It's shocking to see such behavior tolerated by employers. "Business Manager" Seth D. was unsympathetic and both his demeanor and appearance was anything but professional. He was of no help or assistance. I would NOT recommend this company. And in particular the Waukesha/Milwaukee franchises.

Where to start! This company has been amazing. I currently live in Ohio and have an elderly Aunt…read morewho lives alone in Waukesha. I received a phone call after the deep freeze around Christmas that her kitchen pipe had froze and burst flooding her kitchen which in turn flooded her basement. Not really knowing what to do I got online and searched mitigation companies and called this Servpro and spoke with Summer. I was saddened to hear that there was a long backlog; wait list of at least two weeks due to the deep freeze:( I had called on a Friday and the next Monday I received a phone call from Fernando at Servpro stating that there was a cancellation and that they would be heading to my Aunts house! I think someone was looking down from above. I don't want to go on and on however these people are ANGELS in disguise. This was an extremely stressful situation considering we live in Cleveland and would not be able to get to her house for a week or so. Everyone there treated my Aunt with respect and showered her with support and truly cared about her and her situation. They came in an removed all damaged property and got her house dried out in no time and ready for reconstruction. Everyone on her team, in the office and all the managers/owners went above and beyond. If I ever was in this situation again (Praying never again) I would use this company hands down. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVPRO! Thanks to Matt, Travis, Fernando, Summer and to everyone else I missed

They brought the educational elements to life in a way that was interactive, entertaining, and nothing short of a full-on show! We did the Luminescence experience, and it didn't matter if we were experienced artists or hadn't picked up a paintbrush since 5th grade, we found ways to make the project our own. They provide stencils and examples to guide you if you feel stuck, but there's also plenty of room to have fun with it. Their venue feels like a secret art lair... unassuming from the outside and packed with incredible art and theatre props on the inside. There's so much to take in before and after the show! I could go on, but if you're on the fence, just book it! Julia and Aaron are incredibly talented, welcoming, and passionate, and supporting them means supporting something truly special. You won't regret it. Thank you, Julia and Aaron, for making my mom's birthday so memorable!
