I never write reviews but Dr. Krupa and her team are so great and they deserve the recognition. I've unfortunately always struggled to find a good dentist but I can confidently say that I have now found the right fit. Dr. Krupa actually took the time to sit with me and discuss my concerns regarding treatment. Unlike what feels like a lot of doctors these days, she sat down to talk with me and showed she actually cared about giving me the best treatment. I never felt like she was trying to get whatever money she could out of me, rather I could tell she actually wanted what was best for my mouth and my health. Any concerns I had whether big or small she took the time to answer every question and was so kind. If she was ever even slightly irritated with my anxious self, I certainly couldn't tell. I cannot put into words how refreshing and wonderful it is to find a doctor who actually cares these days! As someone with sometimes severe anxiety, her and her team really helped me have a good experience and have helped me become less nervous regarding dental care overall! The entire team made me feel welcome and comfortable. Carissa called me in the morning from the waitlist and got me in late in the afternoon. She explained the services and prices. When I arrived she warmly greeted me and made me feel comfortable. Mackenzie (Mack), specialist, prepped me, took scans and made me comfortable. She was very attentive to my needs and did a great job assisting Dr. Barkley during the procedure. Dr. Barkley made me feel comfortable and explained the steps as he proceeded with the root canal.
