Good experience. I was looking for a doctor that knew how to treat my annual out of control asthma from cedar allergies. The staff is professional and friendly. They actually read your information when they see you. My asthma issue is back on track and my wellness management is being handled efficiently. Since moving here 4 years ago I have had countless bad experiences looking for a good physician. I spent two years with a doctor who spent her time telling me people sometimes imagine they have health issues and whose sick visit requests were directed to Urgent Care because she was busy. I had given up looking for good care when this group was recommended to me. Dr. Ozigbo listened to me and provided a solution that works on the first visit. He also went over my annual blood work with me and provided guidelines for managing my wellness. The Helotes/1604 area is lucky to have them. The front reception area is tiny but the exam area is spacious and welcoming. I would highly recommend giving this group a try if you are looking for a good primary care physician. read more

Dr. Ozibo and his staff are great. I was referred by a coworker. The space is small. Doesn't seem to be crowded when I have had appointments. Dr. Ozibo won't just push meds on you unless he feels they will help and listens to you and your concerns. The space is always clean and doesn't smell. Rooms are also clean. There is a bit of a wait. But that's with most offices seems like round here. The directions, if you are using GPS will make you miss the location so just look for the FALCON BANK sign and it's right there! Staff is JUST BAD! Not a little bit of empathy nor human touch. Don't go here if you don't want to be worry all night. Jessica called me saying they referred me to an oncologist after I did my annual exam. I asked her questions and she didn't answer them, I asked for my results and they said they were in the patient portal. I went to the portal after I hang up the call and results weren't there, office was close by this time. I was up all night, worry as hell, crying and thinking the worst since they didn't provide any explanation as of why I was been refer to an oncologist and the first thing I saw when looking up the doctor I was referred to said "the START center for Cancer care". How would you feel if you see those words? I called the next morning, explained how I felt and instead of treating customers like they should she said to me "I'm getting really upset" and hung up on me. She had the gots to hang up the call! They don't care about patients, so do yourself a favor and look for another doctor with better staff. Now I have to wait until the doctor return from holiday vacation so I can see my results because they never posted them in the patient portal. I work in a customer service environment and I would never hang up to customers, I would get fired if I do that. read more

I happened on Zima by luck when I was looking for a new doctor after moving from Houston. Dr. Ozigbo and his Wife Ijay are very thorough and caring doctors. I feel confident that if anything goes wrong with me, he will find it and help me get better. read more

I went to Zima because it was close to my home in Helotes and I could not be happier with the staff and especially Dr. Ozigbo! Not only were they as a staff very accommodating, they were awesome regarding my schedule and timing. Once I had my first appointment with Dr. O I was very impressed with his level of professionalism and personality, he has an absolutely excellent personality and truly cared about me and my case specifically in a way that I had not experienced with other providers and Dr.s in the past!! He even had called me personally on a weekend to ensure I understood a situation that was very serious... not a nurse or a office person. He called me personally!! My wife even switched her Dr. to him as well. Very satisfied and happy with the support and level of care. read more

I love this place! Everyone was so great! Dr. O is amazing. I went in feeling a bit hopeless. My previous doctor was just medicating and not listening. I felt so sick everyday. I was having a hard time functioning. I saw Dr. O on Tuesday, he listened, took his time and changed up a couple things and I alread feel so much better! I feel human again! I was looking for a new Primary because my wife and I relocated to San Antonio. I feel like I got suckered into scheduling with Zima because of all their glorious reviews (seems to be a theme in this town, especially with dentists too, Shanefield family dentistry should be Called Shamfield.) Anyways...... Here's the only one that matters from Google reviews. "As someone who used to work here I wouldn't advise any patients to go here. Majority of their reviews are fake because they had us write fake reviews on ZOCDOC to boost up their outpatient schedule. They don't accept most insurances and their work ethic is very unprofessional." It might take you a second to sift through all the bs but it's there. Before I knew how bad this place was.... I went there to address a major concern that I had about my health, and Dr. O actually laughed about it, so that was nice.... I get some bloodwork done, then some more. Schedule a web meeting (which is a massive joke by the way.) It took this clown 2 1/2 hours to talk to me, and the goofball staff kept saying it wouldn't be much longer..... like how long do you think my lunch break is you freakin knuckleheads!!? After Dr. O gets done doing whatever he has been doing since my scheduled appointment, he gets on all chipper like nothing happened. I think we talked for about 1 min, because I was like half a sleep waiting all day on the phone.... He tried to make some absolutely hilarious jokes to lighten the mood, and then told me I need to go to a cancer center to get blood work. Awesome. I go to the cancer center to get more blood work/physical (actually think this doc got his MD in the States.) He told me that everything was actually really good, and was confused why I was referred there...Oh and Dr. O never addressed the concern that I had in the first place. This Doc sucks, doesn't give a crap about you. It's about as hard to find a good practitioner in San Antonio as it is to find good food. No offense, I know it's out there, just way to sparse. read more

Dr. Ozigbo was very friendly and thorough when I went in for an ear ache. He asked thorough questions based off my previous medical conditions and prescribed an antibiotic to help my ear and I followed up and met his wife who also works there as a PA. They were both kind. Was greeted by Jessica at the front who was thorough before my arrival and took my information and verified my benefits. I will definitely go back and visit this clinic and recommend this clinic if you are needing a doctor on the NW side of San Antonio/or Helotes area. read more

Doctor Ozigbo and his staff Take such excellent care of me and I wanted him to be my PCN The minute I met him and started talking to him about my experiences. I did wonder if he could If he could handle my case and he asked why wouldn't he be able to. I was so grateful that he understood my need to know that a doctor had as much faith in their ability to handle my case as I had in them being able to. He immediately referred me to the specialists that I needed to see and I have no doubt that when I call his office to have something addressed, it is done so as quickly as they are able .
