The initial consultation was a lot longer than I anticipated, (but that also could be because I can talk a lot) but it felt so much more in depth, we talked about problem areas, severity, and goals. We came up with a two to three-ish long week care plan, some goals to work toward, and the Dr gave me some things for me to do at home. Walking into the place it's a little intimidating with all the bells and whistles, they've got a lot going on, they do massage and acupuncture as well which I'm excited to try out. I chose this place to try out because they offer all three. I'm happy with the results so far, love that you can text them to set up appointments, the woman who runs the front desk is super friendly and she puts in some extra effort into the little things like adding lemon essential oil to their hand sanitizer so it doesn't smell terrible! (Seriously made me love her) I'm super happy I decided to "shop around" for new chiropractic services.

I would highly recommend seeing Dr Betsy but I would highly…read moreadvise against seeing Dr. Jill. Her approach is very different and when encouraged to schedule for a different timeslot from reception even though it would be Dr. Jill versus Dr. Betsy. It was never communicated that Dr. Jill's approach is extremely different. I did not receive the same relief, attention, or chiropractic care that you would expect when paying and going to an appointment. Do not like her practice, and I would never have scheduled knowing her approach. She is supposed to be the lead chiropractor.... I have not seen her before and there was no communication or concerns regarding areas of issues. I feel her main concern is to fill in times slots and not invest in any patient care whatsoever. she just shows up and halfway through the appointment she said this is not like your normal treatment. no explanation no communication or any concern for her patient. If looking for chiropractic here in Lakeville, I would recommend Dr. Betsy, but would choose to go elsewhere after the experience with Dr. Jill.
