Zeroes is a neighborhood, see-and-be-seen coffee shop and cafe. Overall, the coffee is excellent, albeit expensive -- but par for the course for the area. A long black will run you $3.95 and will definitely get you through a rough morning or afternoon. All coffees are served with two small red pebbles of deliciousness (candied chocolates) -- be sure to eat them right away or put them to the side as they will melt or soften on top of your takeaway coffee...haha. There is no freely available wifi, but they do have a wide variety of newspapers and magazines to read while you're waking up. The food here is high in quality but lacks enough variety for lunch. They serve an assortment of pastries and sweet goodies, two types of excellent quiche (ham and spinach/feta), as well as a killer Greek salad, which is typically my go-to at lunch. What is sorely missing is a soup of the day -- if they had ANY soup or a couple more sandwich options, the place would be seriously packed at lunch. Oh well. It's certainly the best option within walking distance of Princess Margaret and worth driving a short distance to for their coffee. Be sure to ask for a frequent coffee card -- 10 stamps earns a free one! Oh, and if you're really in a hurry, text your order to 0275zeroes (937637). read more
