Finally after filing it and not even doing everything he said he was going to, he seen the judge and after 2 months we contacted him to see what was going on he called the courts and they had emailed the decision 2 weeks prior and he hadn't even checked his emails, and we only had a month to appeal the decision, when we called him he told my husband for us to email him our questions because he was going to a WVU game and didn't have time for us. But the lady I spoke with over the phone at the office says I have to file first. Isn't filling out the paperwork a part of the process? Especially if your disability itself will not allow you to be able to fill out? She sounded like she was irritated to even talk to me from the start. Then the condescending tone after I did my best to explain why I couldn't even start the claim was just uncalled for. People like her do not need to be answering phones, let alone work in a legal firm that is there to help with this stuff. I went to Shawn Taylor's office because I heard that his staff actually care and help you every step of the way from start to finish. But either I was told wrong, they need to clarify it on their site, or the lady I spoke with needs to switch careers.
