The envelope was ripped and the thumb drive containing CONFIDENTIAL CASE FILES RELATED TO A MINOR CHILD WAS LOST. Why wasn't it sent in a cardboard envelop via FedEx of UPS??? There is no excuse for his sloppy behavior with confidential files. His sloppy work effort and work results are deplorable. He absolutely caused more harm than good in my case. I am still cleaning up HIS MESS 2 years later. TIME CARRICO SHOULD BE DISBARRED. In fact, I plan to report his actions to the WV bar.
