Unfortunately the listing agent on the other end of things was Karlynn Spreder. Let me mention that I never had contact with Ed Spreder at any point, so for all I know he is a fantastic and valuable person with a great deal to offer his clients. I was not impressed with Karlynn. Besides a few emails that came off unfriendly, my warning is that all parties signed and agreed to a contract (which if I knew our legal system better would attach photos as proof), but they didn't uphold their end of the deal. When you buy a house and the contract explains that the listing agent will remove all non-working appliances, it's a pain in the rear to find that regardless of what was mutually agreed upon is now thrown out the window, it's frustrating. Again, I've never met or spoken with Ed, so I wouldn't want this to reflect poorly on him, but please be careful dealing with Mrs. Spreder.
