(They DO NOT do Brazilian or bikini area) Both pedicure and wax was great, fair priced and time efficient for my schedule. Honestly probably some of the best nail and wax service I've have ever... and I have been to some FANCY PANTS places. To start off, I will say my pedicure experience was great, I didn't feel like the gentlemen doing my pedi was rushing at all, matter of fact he was precise with his work so I was pleased with it. As soon as he sent me over to get my nails done that's when things quickly took a bad turn. Respectfully, it looks and feels like these nails were done by a rookie. Most of these nails look different in shape and sizes. They're supposed to be medium "square" but some of them look more like a rhombus!!! Even the thumbs are noticeably shorter..... During the service I did kindly ask this gentlemen to redo a few things, but I shouldn't have to be correcting a "nail technician" over very visible mistakes he was making, hoping I wouldn't notice. Even the gel on my violet French tip looks very faint already because he only did ONE layer. He was rushing too much to the point that it showed with this sloppy nail set I happened to get. Absolutely no work ethic or talent for that matter, from the gentlemen doing my nails, because anyone with those traits wouldn't have let me walk out the door with my nails looking like this!!!

I feel bad that I must do this because the owner was such a nice lady but this is the worst…read moremanicure and pedicure that we have ever had. The salon is very very small. The pedicure chairs don't move at all. They don't recline and they don't move forwards or backwards. By the end of the pedicure, my knee was killing me, and my sisters back was hurting her. Two of the ladies that were working there (out of 4) were very rude. I heard one lady say (about a customers toe nail that was crooked) "if it's a fungus I'm not gonna touch it I refuse to do them" and one of the other workers told the customer "there's a sign on the wall that says we can't touch your feet if they have a fungus" The customer told them that it was just a crooked now and the lady doing her pedicure just rolled her eyes and said something to the other lady in Spanish. Another customer was trying to pick out gel nail polish. The customer said she wanted pink so the employee brought over a pink one. The customer said "that's not quite the pink I was looking for" so the employee handed her something to look through the colors and said "here look at it this way, because I could be doing this all day" When they put lotion on our legs (and I'm not kidding) it literally took all of 5 secs to do both legs. They also did not clean up the cuticles on our hands or our feet (on either of us). When they put the lotion on our arms, we were told "Rub that in". This was a horrible experience and we will not return.
