Absolutely terrible. Came for a mani pedi. I hadn't been here in years since I moved, figured I'd stop in for old times sake. I was truly disappointed with the quality service I got this time around. To start off, I will say my pedicure experience was great, I didn't feel like the gentlemen doing my pedi was rushing at all, matter of fact he was precise with his work so I was pleased with it. As soon as he sent me over to get my nails done that's when things quickly took a bad turn. Respectfully, it looks and feels like these nails were done by a rookie. Most of these nails look different in shape and sizes. They're supposed to be medium "square" but some of them look more like a rhombus!!! Even the thumbs are noticeably shorter..... During the service I did kindly ask this gentlemen to redo a few things, but I shouldn't have to be correcting a "nail technician" over very visible mistakes he was making, hoping I wouldn't notice. Even the gel on my violet French tip looks very faint already because he only did ONE layer. He was rushing too much to the point that it showed with this sloppy nail set I happened to get. Absolutely no work ethic or talent for that matter, from the gentlemen doing my nails, because anyone with those traits wouldn't have let me walk out the door with my nails looking like this!!! read more

After being a loyal customer for 12 months coming every two weeks. I needed my nails done today, but my usual technician was out. The owner decided she did not want to do my nails and told me to come back another day even though she continued to work on other customers who came in after me. WE WERE SCAMMED They were nice and all but me and my partner did seem to catch them repeating the word "new" a lot. And we were.. first time being there. When checkout comes, the total being 50 bucks we were shocked and confused.. because in reality I pointed to the pedicure that costs 35 bucks And the nail lady saw me point at it too. That got on my nerves to say the least haha. Never coming back again and honestly if your new and don't want to be scammed,don't even come here. read more

I have to be completely honest, this was my first time getting stuff done at a nail spa. I've always wondered what it feels like since I've been plenty of times with my girlfriend but never actually got a service. The place looks very elegant in the inside, nice solid wood furniture, modern looking chairs, and colorful decorations. I went with my girlfriend who who's had plenty of pedicures before. She said they were the best in town. As soon as I got here I didn't really know what to do, I just waited for someone to come for me. I would assumed there should be a sign in sheet or way of getting you in order to avoid confusion. Once someone came for me, It was smooth sailing, we asked to sit next to each other and they were happy to accommodate. The water they place in the sink was warm and got cold pretty quick, not sure if this is normal. Everything else was very relaxing. Very clean, very professional, and very friendly staff! I really enjoyed this, I'm looking forward to going to others in order to compre! Place closes at 8, however we got here like at 7:30 and they still managed to do the 50 minute pedicure. I've only gotten my little piggies done twice at this location (so far) and I've haven't been disappointed yet. Sydney done my pedi both times. I highly recommend her. You can tell she loves what she does and takes her time, which I love because, I'm a mom of two and my pedicure time is my once a month relaxation time and ain't nobody rushing home. Im a nude color kind of gal but Sydney convinced me to go bode and pick a bright aqua ish kind of color. And let me tell you!!! My move out of my way attitude level has gotten out of hand. I'm so in love with the color, it's something different for me. It's weird how a nail polish color can make your head big. My husband loves the prices which are in our opinion really cheap and reasonable. My first nail color lasted a whole month!! No chipping or peeling. And so far with my second we're going two weeks strong. Giving a 4/5 because I don't know how the manicures are and I don't know how the other girls are at pedicures. Side story: I was meeting my best friend at this location and didn't tell them right away. When Sydney got everything set up for me another worker was setting up next to me for her client. She was basically done. I finally informed them that she was coming and realized we weren't going to sit by each other because I didn't tell them in time. But they were so nice and the worker didn't hesitate to move her station to another chair without me even asking so my bff and I can sit together. I felt so bad but was so appreciate because everyone knows it sucks to not sit by your bestie while getting pampered. The chisme just isn't the same far away. read more

I don't like this establishment at all. They were extremely rude! First off nobody greats you walking in, they have a walk in list that they don't put attention to they just hope the customer keeps track of all when the list ask for your phone number making it seem like they are going to call you. This time it was me and my mom the nails are good it's more the customer service, my mom wanted a design in her nails and brought a picture in other places they let you know if they are able to do it or not or that they could at least try, this person just said not me and left. My mom thought he was gonna help me next while we wait for the other person to help, he came back saw my mom and said here and was telling her that it was gonna be expensive which she knows but she wanted to know how much it took him 5 "too much " "to expensive" "a lot of money " to say 100 which my mom is okay with paying but he completely disregarded everything she said about colors, design and length making them however he wanted them . The person who help me was a bit better but still I think you guys should improve your customer service! read more

Horrible service. I would usually drop a decent amount of money and tips in their business. But this last few times the staff has been very rude and done sloppy jobs on my nails. Low quality supplies and services. Definitely do not go. read more
