I had an amazing one hour massage with Johny. I want to say it is up there with the best massages of my life. I honestly wasn't sure what to expect because of some of the reviews but I had a gift certificate and a recommendation too. I was not disappointed. Whatever those issues were with the tipping must have been resolved because I had no experience like that whatsoever. I was happy to leave a large tip as well. They have a very nice young lady working in front keeping things organized and also taking information about preferences and areas of focus and they have a paper you can fill out too. My masseuse seemed to somehow know about some problem areas without me having to say a thing and he focused on those too! It was marvelous and just when I thought it might be over, it continued! Just a great experience. I can't say enough. I will definitely be back. This was a wonderful treat for my birthday! read more

I love zen spa. The prices are super reasonable compared to other spas in the location. Everytime I go the therapist are welcoming and do a thorough job! They have papers upfront that you can fill out so the therapist know the exact areas you want to focus on. They just remodeled this year so it is really relaxing and cute. They're able to accommodate groups as well so it's a good activity to invite friends or family to. Everyone I've recommended has enjoyed it as well read more

I had a wonderful experience.. relaxing was my goal and I received what I asked for. Ladies were very nice and welcoming and just did an amazing job. I had a couple massage and OMG the warm rocks and warm towels and soothing music were simply top notch. I will totally return. Area was super clean even the place smelled like pleasure in my nose... The young girl at the front desk just simply sweet and bubbly. The total was 120 for two and I thought it was a great price.. I totally recommend to try.. I will return for sure . I'm was very happy with my visit . read more

After several good couple massages with John and Mia, this spa did the "bait and switch" bullshit on me last Sunday. They assigned a short haired lady to massage me instead of Mia, John still gave wife massage. The short haired lady who I do not have a name for is not good. Very early I told her there was no pressure, that the massage was too soft. She just rubbed oil around on my body. I can do that at home, it does not cost a dollar per minute. At 40 minutes I sat up, told her I was finished and asked her to "stop bothering me", yes it was that bad. We still tipped her $15, even though it was not earned. Zen Spa drove away a happy customer with the switcheroo bullshit they pulled on me. They will not see me in this place again, nor will they see any more of my money. John did a wonderful job on my wife. If they had just continued our massages with John and Mia, we would come to spend money here every week. read more

This is my favorite place to get a massage! Each therapist I've had has been very skilled and attentive. The upgrades to the inside look great and I've always been treated with respect and friendliness. If you're looking for an affordable massage, I highly recommend Zen Soa. read more

Went in to treat myself for my birthday and got lucky having Julio do my massage. It was hands down one of THE best massages I've received in a very long time! He really listened to my problem areas and went above and beyond! Thanks Julio! read more

Zen Spa has been my go to massage parlor for over 5 years! They are very professional and friendly and make sure you are comfortable throughout the process. Julio does an amazing job and is very knowledgeable. Johnny is also great and does an amazing job releasing the tightness on my neck and lower back. I highly recommend any of the 3 locations. read more

My favorite place for a massage . Kevin does an amazing job . Regular massage or prenatal outstanding service!

I left a tip and they forced a larger one! Do not force tips, tips aren't required. The lady literally grabbed the money out of my hand! I was baffled! I don't mind tipping if the service was good, but from the beginning it was not great. The massage was mediocre at best, didn't ask for focus points or massage depth.! Felt financially violated after what was supposed to be a relaxing experience. I would give zero stars if I could! read more

Scheduled a couples massage at 11 am . They put us in a room for 30 minutes . The man at the front desk could not understand me . I had to call the other location. I ended up walking out and not getting the service I paid for in advance . Owner offered to reschedule read more

I wish I could give negative stars. Demanded more tip. They touched my friends money while it was in her hands and gave themselves 6 dollars more each in tips. We were absolutely shocked... going to try and report this business. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Since when did a full body (prenatal) massage mean just your right shoulder and upper right side of back. I asked for him to move on but the masseuse could not understand me. They offered me a free 15 minutes and in my opinion was not enough time to cover the rest of my body. When I asked if I could pay half price since only a quarter of my body was touch the owners would only allow $5 off. I will not be going back and would not recommend this place to anyone. Waste of money read more

Zen Spa was recommended to me by my roommate who states that she's been there over 25x, so I decided to check it out. I like the fact that they stay open till 9pm. Which I think is good for those who don't get off till 5pm or after that, so if you've had a rough day at work you are still able to get a massage. My appointment was at 7pm and was acknowledged by 7:05, so the wait time wasn't bad. I was scheduled for the 60min combo which included 30mins body 30 mins foot that was supposed to be $45, however after my massage I was met with a different price and service which was the 60 min body for $55. When I address the issue I was met with "sorry" but nothing was rectified or adjusted. I'm not sure if that was intentional or a honest mistake but I felt that if my appointment was made for a particular service that I shouldn't have been charged additional for their "error". Needless to say nothing was adjust and I ended up just paying for whatever they charged. Also, if you are not a tipper then this place isn't for you. They have a sign for the recommended "tip % per service given" and if you don't give the recommended tip you surely would get a ugly stare. I only say because my roommate didn't get the recommended tip and the lady who checked her out smacked her lip and sucked her teeth at her. Talk about customer service smh. Anyways, if you are looking for a quite zen type of massage then this isn't really the place to go, although the price is decent, you could practically hear other customer's conversation. I had to ask my masseuse to tell the other customers to be quite. So, yeah like the saying goes, you get what you pay for. read more

Having chronic back pain has been a constant struggle for me, but after a series of sessions at this massage parlor, I've experienced significant improvement. I can't thank them enough for their expertise and care read more

Fairly busy on weekends. But price vrs quality is right there. I usually get a full hour body massage and they charge $55 for it. It includes hot stone plus I ask for deep tissue since I'm busted. Depending on your comfortability I highly recommend. The only reason why I don't put 5 stars. You don't always get to choose what gender gives you the massage. And as lady, I'd prefer a lady especially since you are naked under a flat sheet. read more

The price is ok but questionable if it is hygienic. She took the pillow on the table I don't know if it is sanitized or not to every client. I went for massage due to back pain now my arms are hurting. read more

Would not recommend! Tipping is an issue as in prior posts. Masseuse was yawning while giving the massage.

I received a gift certificate to this place for Mother's Day. I called ahead and was able to schedule a same day appointment since I was getting a 90 minute service. I got the 30 minute foot massage and the 60 minute body massage. Both were great and relaxing however the pressure on the back was a little too much but I was never asked about the pressure. There definitely was a language barrier as the gentleman that I had did not speak English. I was still pleased with the service but maybe have someone go over everything if language is an issue. I would definitely go back. read more

Dishonest business and terrible customer service. The massage therapist changed the price of my foot massage as I was paying. She is very rude, pushy and unprofessional. She also scoffed at a $10 tip for a $35 service and asked for more money. Very unprofessional will never return to this business ever again! I would have given "0" stars, but it wasn't an option. read more

Great massage and amazing prices. I had a great experience and will be coming back. The price is right.

I went here today with two other people and it was fantastic. $40 for a foot and 10 min back massage. Customer service was good, the massage was great. I will definitely be back. read more

I was there for a 40 mins massage. I didn't get a good service. He left twice & spend like 5 minutes each time. I could hear talking with the other staff. It was a older heavy man. When I paid I gave him 5.00 tip & he told really just 5.00. I paid cash he had to give me 10.00 we Jen I h to old him to give 5.00 & off him to keep 5.00 he really didn't want to give the 5.00. Then after couple minutes he gave me the money he laugh & was upset cuz I didn't the 10.00 tip. read more

Worst massage I have ever had. I was looking at the clock eagerly waiting for the massage to end. The lady had no idea what she was doing. Terrible, don't waste your time find another spa. Wish I could take back 90 minutes of this torture. read more

I booked a full body massage with Zen Spa a few weeks ago and it was probably the worst massage of my life. The man massaging my back used his forearm and slid it up and down most of the time which felt like .... nothing. He kept leaving the massage area to go work the front desk and left me staring at the floor waiting. And then he had the audacity to LITERALLY chase me down and hold a piece of paper in front of my face pointing at the word "TIP" written across the top. I handed him all the cash I had which amounted to about $10.00. He grabbed it and walked away. I 100% believe in tipping well. And if I receive amazing service I will tip at 50% gratuity. My minimum tip for average service is usually 20%-30%. This place was the worst service I have ever experienced. I will never patronize this place again. Tip not deserved after a $60.00 bogus "massage." read more

When I entered, it smelled strongly of smoke. I inquired if someone was smoking in the building so the front desk staff went to check and retuned to apologize that the staff smoked outside with the door open resulting in the strong smell. After making an appointment for 6, we waited in the smoke-filled waiting room until almost 7 because they double booked the room...defeating the purpose of making appointments in the first place. I prefer to keep my bra on during massages for better breast comfort and support. My masseuse unclamped and abruptly guided my arm through the straps to take off 'because oil'. Because of the language barrier, I wasn't able to explain my preference sufficiently and so she doffed my bra against my wishes. They left the room an absurd number of times and each time would leave our door open to the hallway. Needless to say I won't be returning and don't recommend you do either. Even her massage technique in and of itself was questionable. read more

WATCH WHAT YOU ARE CHARGED!! I've gone here many times over the years. Massages themselves are usually pretty good depending on the person you get. I'd give more stars EXCEPT I went last night and said to add a $10 tip to my credit card transaction for a $40 massage. when I got the receipt he added $15. It took about 5 min for him to admit he made a mistake and he gave me my money back. This is NOT the first time this happened. A few months ago they doubled the cost of a massage and rather than give the $ back they gave a gift certificate. So they still got the money....I think they know what they are doing. read more
