Call owner tell her she takes Brooke's side says color "I chose " was impossible for my hair! What! Brooke picked it! Then said brooke told me no she did not and I had messages to prove it. Said brooke told me she was putting ghost highlights in again what no she did not i dont even know what that is i do know I asked her several times you sure ypu can get it that light each time being told yes I was made to feel like everything i was saying was a lie even though I could show her but she didnt want to see them. So im out 350 no refund have to go to a different salon pay the 300 to fix this because brooke couldn't just be honest or talk to her boss and ask if she was not sure then we could have went with something different im not difficult but I do want that I paid for. And I strongly feel like they should have made her give me my money back she lied plain and simple and I trusted her!

**This is not a bad review* It's just an FYI of my tattoo outcome with photos…read more I presented a very light, natural, buoyant finch for which I handed over a photo ahead of time and had three hours allotted. (I attempted discussion about the photo and got an "I can do it".) I expressed my intent that it represented joy, and that I wanted to be reminded of joy and optimism when I looked at it. This tattoo covers the entire forearm. Concerns: Excessive shading and overall darkness, heavy outline, facial expression, lack of detail, overall loss of concept and spirit. It is not dainty nor feminine like the original drawing. Photo taken approx 2 months post procedure. Proceed at your own desire.

Some of the reviews of this place are way too harsh. The massage therapist knows what she's doing,…read moreand she does it well! I have a bunch of neck/back tension and kinks from sitting at a computer most of the time. This was the first professional massage I've ever gotten, and it was damn good! While not all of my back problems are alleviated (I wouldn't expect a massage therapist to cure everything), this massage gave me much needed relief. I was having debilitating neck pain before I came and now, I can move around freely without any pain. She does the full body, plus face. She also does an array of different techniques and they all felt so amazing. The only time she left the room was to grab some hot towels, but she returned quickly. She's also a very sweet and kind individual. Yes, there is a SLIGHT language barrier, but it's not big enough to get in the way of telling her what you need. It hurts my heart to see people being so nasty about her not speaking English well. English can be hard to learn, so I think she deserves more empathy and compassion in that area. She does her best and she gets the message across. I asked her if she could focus on my back and she understood just fine! I will note that she only accepts cash, and you have to pay upfront. She will ask for a tip right after but all of this is COMPLETELY reasonable to me and I don't mind it one bit. Aside from her skillfulness, the building is very nicely decorated and dimly lit all throughout, making it the perfect relaxing environment for a massage. I will be going back!
