I asked if their calls were recorded; she said yes. So I told her to go listen to the call where she sold me the package -- January 8th, 2025 between 5-6 PM. She said she and her manager would review it and call me back. They never did. No apology. No explanation. No solution. They also refused to share the recording. I asked if I'd be able to hear it once they found it. She said no. At this point it's pretty clear: do not get tattoo removal here. They mislead people, they dodge accountability, and the machines look like they belong in a museum. Please learn from my experience and avoid getting scammed.
