No tub liners were used, my tools were not opened in front of me - I'm not even sure they were sterilized. The salon wasn't dirty, but it did look cluttered, messy, and disorganized. TS was my fourth nail salon to try in Fairmont. The previous three were just as bad or worse. I was told TS was the best in Fairmont. I hope not, or I'll be trying salons in a whole different city.
