The floors looked very nice at the time however over the winter season all the water from the slush & snow that the cars brought in collected right in front of the mudroom door which wasn't the case before!! called Jason back to see if they can do anything in June 2019 and he offered NO solution and did not honor any warranties. All I got were explanations and excuses for this happening And that there is no fix. I even offered to pay to fix it but he still wouldn't do anything about it so basically I have to live with this issue which did not exist before the floors were done! I was very disappointed Not professional

Wow! Great company! I highly recommend using them. We are living in an attached bungalow. After a…read morefew roof leaks we decided it was time to replace our 15 year old roof. Both of the bungalows attached to us decided they were willing to consider this despite not having had any leaks themselves. Jorgensen was one of four companies that our three households looked into My husband is quite knowledgeable and did lots of research in advance and so he knew what advancements had been made in roofing materials and processes in the the past decade. Jorgensons price was competitive, providing good value, and the sales rep we invited to speak to us was honest, knew his products and explained their process. They were able to accommodate our preferred timing. They communicated through the process and answered all of our questions. Crews arrived on time, and worked hard to get the job done well. I was very impressed with the steps they took to prevent any damage to our property. Unlike other roofing companies I have seen in the area, there was no loud music played while they worked, no swearing or yelling. They worked long days and crews were respectful and considerate. I highly recommend Jorgensen roofing!

After a quick phone call explaining my needs, the owner came to my house and confirmed the issues. He came up with multiple options and quoted variable prices ranges and gave an estimate of each products' life span. I took the time to get a few other quotes, but none of the other businesses inspired the confidence or the range of products that this company provided. We agreed on a price and date, I then made a small deposit compared to the size of the job. I got a call two weeks out from the agreed upon timeline and materials were delivered to the job site and I made another payment. With in a week, the business owner and his roofing crew showed up and walked me through the process one more time before starting the work. They installed a black steel roof and eaves trough with gutter guards. The product and workmanship was guaranteed for life. The roofing crew showed up on time every day, ensuring that my property was respected and maintained daily. They were exceptionally polite and wonderful with my children and their curiosity. When the project was completed, the owner walked me through the complete build, ensuring client satisfaction. The completed product was outstanding...
