Their entire system feels designed to obscure payments, create confusion, and back you into a corner. They only accept checks or money orders--no online portal, no card payments, nothing convenient. And when you do send checks, they'll sometimes send them back without explanation, lose them, or claim they never received them--only to later mail them to your HOA. Meanwhile, because your HOA hasn't "received" the payment, it still shows as unpaid. Here's the kicker: they wait until 48 hours before pushing forward to suddenly say, "Pay this amount or we'll put a lien on your residence." This comes after they messed up the payment plan. It's an abusive system that seems intentionally designed to generate fines and force foreclosures rather than let you resolve balances. If your HOA uses this firm, understand this: they are fully aware of these tactics and see it as a feature, not a bug. The goal isn't cooperation, it's punishment. I never thought I could hate an HOA more--but pairing one with this firm will show you just how far they'll go.
