An outside pipe was leaking as well. The repairman that did the outside repair explained everything to me that he needed to do. The repairman that worked on my bathroom explained nothing, but replaced pipes without giving me an estimate or explanation. The water in my shower does not get hot now and it makes a horrible noise every time I turn on my shower. I have called twice to have someone come address my concerns-I'd like to take a hot shower again. They had no problem cashing my check as soon as they got it but won't return my calls to address my issues. Will not use them again and cannot recommend them.

I called G.L.R. and very quickly received a response from Justin to come out and give me an estimate. I also received the estimate in a timely manner and the estimate was a very reasonable price. I did not know the cause of the mold and Justin found 4 things that were contributing to the growth and was able to correct all four things. Justin is very knowledgeable and it was clear that he knew what he was doing and he takes pride in doing the job right. He suggested other improvements (that I didn't think of) such as offsetting the paint job with 2 different colors to make the bathroom look better. This bathroom is my kids bathroom and I can tell that they are taking steps to keep it cleaner now that it has been redone. I now have a sigh of relief that the mold is gone and won't come back AND it looks great! He took care to NOT get the rest of the house dirty while he was working and cleaned up afterwards.

They did come next day, which was nice, ( I thought ) I understood that there was a 125 fee for just coming out. An electric snake was put through the line and it was done within 15 minutes. While he was there he tightened a fitting on my hot water tank: 15 seconds. Again, I have zero issue with the man that provided the service. HE was stellar. What I DO have a problem with is that the bill came to 389 dollars. 3 8 9 d o l l a r s !!!! I WISH I could have gotten a return call from other plumbers beforehand. I found out the next day that virtually ANY other plumber in the area would have charged a total of about 230$ coming from the next city over! When I called the next day after stewing about the excessive fee, I was told over & over that he also tightened a fitting for me. Like that was supposed to justify the high fee. 262$ to unclog a drain: 15 minutes. The price I was gouged was extremely excessive. I have no issue paying a workman what he is worth. However, THAT price was insane. I would recommend getting a lot of OTHER quotes before you are subject to extremely high & unreasonable prices with this company. I would not recommend based on price alone. OUCH!
