The headlights, leather, and overall condition look almost brand new. My grandfather, who owned the car before me, didn't even recognize it when I showed him photos -- that's how dramatic the difference was. They had really great customer service the entire time my car was in there. The owner was very down to earth, and it really make me feel very comfortable. They were patient and flexible with my schedule, and I really appreciated that. Once I finally got the car in, they took great care of it. I'm genuinely happy with the results and would 100% recommend them. I definitely will be coming back for the future especially when i'm ready to get my car painted that I can afford it due to the side fender paint that has been fading for some time.

Cool Auto had great reviews and many of them were personally answered by their owner, Cassandra. When I called for more information, sure enough, Cassandra answered the phone and took the time to explain all my options and invited me to see their shop at any time. I found her prices were fair and her shop was full of beautifully detailed cars and professional folks when I visited. I booked an appointment immediately. Over the years, Cassandra and her crew have expanded their offerings, now installing PPF and window tint to go along with their expert paint correction, detailing, and ceramic applications. Over the years, they have handled paint chips, door scratches, water spots and maintained my car's finish perfectly. Their prices are fair and they get the job done right, every time. It's rare these days, but after three years visiting her shop, I trust and believe it when they say they care about their customers' cars and happiness. I've brought the membership, I get my ceramic coating maintained every year, and eventually, I'll replace the original PPF on my bumper at Cool Auto as well. If you appreciate someone looking after your baby just like you would, Cool Auto is the place to go.

I had initially found Aesthetic Auto Spa when they were doing mobile years ago. While they…read morecurrently no longer do mobile washing and detailing, I continue to use them at their downtown location. Juan and his team are extremely reliable, meticulous, but more than that, really care about their craft. My husband is definitely way more informed than I am when it comes to car care and according to him, for it to done correctly and to get the best results, detailing  cars needs a knowledge base of the craft, the proper tools and chemicals, and above all else, patience and attention to detail. That's where Aesthetic Auto Spa comes in! Aesthetic Auto Spa understands this and their passion shows in the quality of their work. If you care to know, they use CarPro products, (which car lovers say are the absolute best) and completely decontaminated water with a built-in reverse osmosis system (to mitigate water spots). That's all attention to Detail I've been referring to. Most recently, my husband dropped off my took SUV for a "wheels-off service". Juan and his team took off the wheels from the car (they have a lift in their gorgeous downtown shop). This allowed them to completely clean the inside from the back, clean the brake calipers, the wheel wells, and barrels of the wheels. This was long overdue on my 5-year-old daily driven SUV. After this, they coated the wheels with CarPro Cquartz ceramic coating. The result was showroom-quality wheels that will be easy for us (aka my husband) to maintain in the future. We also take my husband's vehicle for special detailing and services such as coating. Juan is super awesome and always finds a way to fit us into his schedule. Aesthetic Auto Spa is for those who want to take extra care of their cars and appreciate nerding out on all things high quality detailing and coating. This isn't your drive through detail shop. They take extra care to provide their services which include clear bra paint protection film (PFF), ceramic paint coatings, window tinting, and more. We're grateful to know Juan and his team and that they care as much about car care as we do!

I do feel like that could have been said when making an appointment, since I drove around, passing 3 times before I found it. Anyway the owner (forgot his name) is super pleasant and kind. I got that just over the phone. Once there he and an associate came and greeted me at my car. He asked some questions, took my key, and got to it. As he said, he was done within a few hours. I had forgotten to take the stuff out of my car before leaving the house that morning so they had to put everything in my trunk. It was a good amount of stuff so I was thankful he was so gracious about it. I got the full detail which was $175 along with a $25 add on for pet hair. I appreciate him explaining that fee to me as well before hand as well as the tiers for it and what may cause it to go to the next tier, as well as what's involved that requires he add the fee.
