RUDE!! The optometrist i saw was a lovely personable lady. Too bad she works here cause there staff is RUDE. IF IM LAYING DOWN HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AT A BUISNESS I EXPECT NOT TO BE TREATED LIKE GARBAGE. I will be taking my business elsewhere.. There is one female staff member we have witnessed treat multiple customers very poorly. How she still has a job there is beyond me. My experience with Zeeland Vision Services has been great. The front desk people were kind and friendly, my optometrist was excellent and the lady that helped my choose my glasses (first pair in many, many years) was very polite and helpful. Front desk was nice, but the customer service was poor. Usually I don't care enough to write reviews but I would recommend you take your services elsewhere. Honestly just difficult to work with and give off a strong "hurry up, get what you need and leave" vibe from some of the people there. read more

I have been going to Zeeland Vision for over 40 years. My doctors, Dr. Stan Konynenbelt and Brian Konynenbelt, are knowledgeable, respectful, patient and courteous. Tate Hammond also did a fantastic job!!The support staff are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this office!! read more

Optometrists and assistants are very friendly, but the office ladies are not nice at all! I won't be back here.
