The nicer of the "Zara's" in Munich . There are about 2-3 others in walking distance of this one. This is the less of the messy, unorganized Zara. I dont understand why its so completely unorganized and COMPLETELY chaotic.
One thing i have to say, sadly, on the 1st floor ( there are 3 floors) i asked an employee where a certain dress was, describing it in detail....he said he didnt know and to ask someone else who works there, so....looking a bit more, i found the dress, by mysef (1 in large, Not my size though). Im thinking...more must be around ( its new) . I go upstairs, and ask someone else he says, "please, ask someone else", then he stops what seems to be a floor manager, i describe the dress, she shrugs her shoulders and says, " if you dont see it we probably dont have it". WOW! I dont know if the workersvherevare being blantly prejudice towards foriegners ( Americans) but i have money just like Germans do.... Anyway,.... Needless to say, i found it ( a huge group of them)by myself, back on the 1st floor behind 2-3 jackets on a front wall hanging, display rack. Awful. Im an American. I have over 10 yrs experience in retail, luxury retail to be exact ..never ever would this happen, where i work and if it did there would be repercussions of the likes of being....... FIRED.
An added note, as ive lived in Germany for 8 months i have been denied employment by Germany. And thier reasoning? If a German also goes for the same job , the German must be offered the job first. With employees like this, im shocked I am denied work . So, Zara, at least you can teach your employees how to give some, just a tiny bit of customer service. That would be cool. read more
