I'm a loyal Zara shopper and have been to many stores in many countries and love the clothes and the experience. This time, I had a terrible encounter with a young man named August ( black hair, pony tail and facial piercings). First of all, he would not allow me to use the men's dressing room, so I started to try on a sweater over my shirt, he was very aggressive towards us and he kicked us out of the men's department. So, while I was shopping in the women's section, he came over to harass me and my daughter and told another employee to watch us and not allow us to try on clothes. It was strange for him to follow us, and he was so rude to us. We had at least 8 items we were going to buy, but because of his poor treatment of us, we put them down and left the store. read more
