Clothes are very good quality, and are very fashionable. It is particularly useful for finding workwear, but also has a good range of shoes and accessories. Recommended. They usually have a very popular sale after Christmas, which starts at 6am. Staff at this branch don't seem to serve particularly quickly, and queues grow long at weekends.

Only downside is they dont refund but do exchange within 7 days of purchase with a recipet. Never had a problem but it is a really small shop and no room to move so unless you see something from the window you wont really want to go inside too look. Really like the cheap shoes which are normally about 10 -15 in cheap shoe shops! A good store for anytype of person.

Full of lots of brilliant fashionable on trend stuff at prices most people can afford. Its a small shop packed with loads to choose from but they only accept cash so bear that in mind when you go. It was busy with a wide age range of ladies from young girls to ladies in their 50s so whatever youre looking for, how ever old you are.... go take a look. I got four gorgeous maxi dresses that anywhere else would have cost at least 30 quid each so well worth a visit and I will certaily be going back again soon. x Happy shopping girls.x

Price is fantastic with everything really affordable and all items are well made. The staff are also great they are really enthusiatic and helpful. As a teenager i spent many a hour after school browsing the tiny packed shop. The shop is small and packed to the rafters so not really suitable if you have disabilitiies.

The staff are some of the nicest people I have encountered in retail, and are really helpful and nice, especially the girls who man the changing rooms as they offer guidance on clothes and styling as well as complimenting you! There is a large range of clothes for all types of people, any size, any age. They also stock a really large section of homeware, including the new katie price range. The price of the whole range of products in Matalan is just superb, they definitely have the lowest prices for products of such high quality. The jewellery, accessories and shoes are phenomenal, and the store is always clean and uncluttered.
