I started with her back in October of 2019 I had two accident on my record and she got me a decent rate for what I thought I was getting then $245. Then almost a year later I had a minor accident no big deal understandable my fault but then when she said she looked around and tried to find me the best possible deal at $420 a month with progressive. It more then my car payment itself which I financed, she said she also applied all discounts she could and it couldn't possibly get any lower. Low and behold I am shopping around and found car insurance & renters insurance with another local agent through Allstate for $230! Are you kidding me $200 less that what I was paying through an agent that I trusted. They only care about the commission look over your policy's with care. Then to top it off when I went to look at my insurance cards and find my agent number to contact to cancel she had switched me over to another Agent in her office I have never spoken to in my entire time being with them. Completely and utterly unprofessional and incompetent, I should have been informed immediately of the change in agents. This whole experience and company is a sham and I'm sorry for anyone who deals with them,
